Eerin glass clip jar 1500ml (Kilner-style) £1.99 at Home Bargains in Wigan (Saddle Junction). They also have the 500ml glass clip jar for 99p and the 1 litre one for £1.29. These are great prices. There weren't many left on the shelf in the star buys section at the front of the store. Should be national.

You can get the genuine Kilner jars for this price almost everywhere so wouldn't recommend this at the price!

Real Kilner jars are screw topped and Kilner went bust decades ago, someone purchased the name.

Get genuine Kilner all day long...In fact I just have..

Bought a load of the Korken ones from Ikea (aka House of Divorce :p) ....

seem to be top quality and the sizes are more suited for our needs Check these also if in need of glass jars ikea.com/gb/…ken

I've never seen the real Kilner ones for these prices so I'd like to know where the person is seeing these...

These are really poor quality, I'd avoid.

these are great quality (I am not sure what other comments are based on but certainly not these). I can, preserve and store lots in my jar collection and I have cheap ones from Ikea (great), these which I bought the other day and immediately filled up - fine, and then 'genuine' kilner. The latter is the only brand I have had ANY issue with and it was only tiny. A large glass jar I purchased from Sainsbury had a weakness in the glass and split when I was sterilising it. I exchanged it and it's replacement was fine. I would say much of a muchness and these ones are particularly prettily decorated if you want to use chalk paint for table centre pieces...
They also had the screw tops in my local HB.
Thanks for posting!

poundland do these as well and it looks the same size
