Good quality specs, but way slow delivery - accept that and you're fine.

Took advantage of this offer a month ago - heat added!
Got this deal a couple of years ago when they did the same promotion.

Good quality glasses, I am still using them now. Heat added.

I got this deal a year or so ago, do you think they'll let you get another free pair, as I would have thought the rules normally apply for a year?

Can you not get a tint? IE turn them into sunglasses.. ?
I can't seem to get it anyway

FYI

Got a virus alert on the Link.

Good deals, thanks OP. Not many decent frames if you have a small head, but picked up a pair of Hardy 9019 Gunmetal frames, which are a bit Jazzier than my normal style... should make me look well trendy, and even with all the lens coatings applied (unfortunately no tint, 'cos they would have made great sunglasses) it still came to about £20. Nice one. They take paypal as payment as well, which is nice.
Bought some last time. Very pleased with result.
good deal, actually on the lookout for some new glasses, unfortunately the website has some issues when going to checkout, anyone else got a problem?
I need some new glasses, think I'll give them a try.

:-)
Need some hv a look
Terrible terrible service!

They recommended glasses way too small based on the measurements I gave them, so I had to send them back having waited four weeks for them in the first place. Refund took another four weeks. They sent a replacement pair out, which after another four weeks was declared lost. Still waiting for the replacement for the replacement having originally ordered sometime in March.

It really is a case of you get what you paid for.

Give them a try - mine worked out at just over a tenner for a pair of rimless glasses, website says in stock glasses should be delivered by 5 th June for my order
Nice deal.
If I get a pair of frames from here would my local Specsavers put the lenses in for me for free? Got a prescription for them there...

I know nothing about these things.
Crap deal when you actually go through the overpriced site

Not a chance. If I remember rightly, it's a £30 reglaze fee for that.
nice thanks, just got £89 pair for £11.87
Glasses in the UK are a total scam!

Thank God to the likes of such sites!

They are reliable and produce great lenses with their frames that's all you need to know.

Very happy with my last order, and quality is better than your local High Street optician where you 'should have gone'.

These guys are legit
They're based in Canada as clearlycontacts.ca, and I've ordered from them multiple times
They trade on the TSX as COA
Not £5.99!!!!

The cheapest u can buy a pair of specs with this code is £8.27.
But you can't buy frame only. Cold
thanks, ordered a new pair
Cold for OPs apple avatar.
For decent pair cost me £55 with lenses scratch free and bifocals and quick delivery so not too bad for bifocals. thanks

Had the same issue, don't suppose you're on Firefox? Works fine on Chrome

Bought my first pair of glasses from these guys. Arrived really quickly and very impressed.
Could do with a spare pair, shame the free delivery code isn't available this time.
not sure if this is good deal. You need to pay postage 5.99 then handling and insurance 5.88.
lenses 20, coatings around 15 ..

anyway before you get to checkout total comes to 50 pounds if you want
Durable air lenses with coatings bundle.

On goggles4u I got a glasses with lenses of the exact spec for 20 delivered, although I paid 5 quid for a frame (though the frame is rather basic for 5~10 quid more I would have much better one I guess).
50 quid is still dear.
got some glasses last time they had a deal, was really impressed, and their customer service was great too (seemed to be based in the US)

thanks Kieron - didn't spot that for some reason

I ordered a pair from Lensway for my partner last year under a similar promotion and he has been really pleased with them He vowed never to buy on the highstreet again!
Thanks, ordered one pair. £98.00 off is one hell of a discount.

I wasn't thrilled about having to pay that insurance policy as well but my prescription will be due for renewal early next year so I have every intention of exploting this policy.

Thanks OP. I just got a great pair of Guess glasses with all the additional coatings for a tad over £20. Was about to pay over £100 for the same on another site.
Incorrect price got to include + handling & Insurnace of £4.08 = £10.07

It depends on which frame you go for too. The pair I bought have cost me £11.87 since I went for one of the more expensive frames but I would still say that a designer pair of glasses for 10-12 quid is pretty good value.
