Firstly you assume that this Whisky is un-palletable (Wrong) secondly you assume that this guy will regret filling his hip flask up with the stuff. Another error on your behlf because I am indeed a female golfer....(and a good one too) This stuff is sickly sweet, not pleasant at all. This stuff is beautiful; a great alternative to neat whisky in a hot toddy. Far, far mellower and tastier than its more expensive equivalent, Drambuie.

Thank you! Love this stuff, especially after dinner with a decent coffee! Going to stock
up for Christmas!!

Anyone in Scotland seen this, we usually lag Engerland on the booze deals?

It's whisky liquer, so it's like a sweeter, more aromatic and slightly more viscous version of whisky. It has much less of a fiery taste than whisky (although it obviously does still have a whisky flavour) and is fantastic as a digestif after a big dinner. In terms of whisky tones, it's very banalanced and neutral, and doesn't have any of the smokiness associated with some single malts (i.e. the Islay ones).

For £9, surely it's worth a shot?

Great stuff, I'm a whisky fan-rather have a whisky any day but this stuff is good. Got a bottle if Drambuie to use to make Rusty Nails by mixing the 2. Good stuff neat. Like a sweet whisky but s but more dense. Cheers op.

thanks, just bought a bottle and i must say its quite nice, you have the soft hints of the whisky taste but fruit flavours mellow it out, think its my new favourite drink. Cant believe ive not tried it before especially since i used to work on the wines and spirits in a previous job.
