The normal price is £35 not £43 - still a good deal though, as anything from Glenfarclas tends to be worth more than the RRP compared to other distilleries.
Wish this was the final fantasy edition

When you submit a deal it asks for the ‘next best price’ and then it displays that as the original price. m&s say reduced from £35 but I couldn’t find it anywhere else for that. Out of stock in many other places too.
Had a £25 voucher for Christmas that I was going to spend on drawers. Sorry to disappoint, Grannie, but that lush Sherry cask is calling.
Big fan of their '105' but will give this a go too. Thanks.
Weekend sorted
Glenfarclas just makes very good whisky instead of fluffing with loads of marketing nonsense, up there with springbank as one of my favorites. Great at the price.

They're a dying breed of still independently owned distilleries - not owned by some global conglomerate like most of them. This probably helps in the complete lack of marketing BS which so many other brands are now smothered in.
Lovely highland dram, punching well above its weight at this price. Not to be pedantic OP, you might want to take out the “e” in whisky, as it might not flag up on people’s keyword/searches.

Heat added anyway because it's a great dram :-)
Pretty amazing price for a beautiful malt.

I think I may have been spelling it wrong my entire life, thanks!
I was at M&S in Bolton today and they had a good range reduced by 20% or to clear. Not all your everyday supermarket names either. M&S keep giving out £5 off a £30 spend. Combined the two for a pretty hefty saving.

Glenfarclas 12 is great example of a reasonable price, low hype, high quality whisky. Well worth trying.

Not at all chap, whisky denotes the dram is a scotch, whilst whiskey could be from Ireland, USA, Japan or anywhere else apart from Scotland
Thank you again for posting this deal...
Glenfarclas...nice one...it was the home of an albino deer when I worked there (a long time ago)

Husband went to whisky tasting on Friday in Glasgow and this was one of the whisky‘s he tasted and he really enjoyed. Will buy and put away for his birthday.

Pretty sure Japanese whiskies are spelled whisky, though.

I could be wrong, but thought that if the country of origin had an e in the spelling, it would be spelt Whiskey. No e in the name of the country = Whisky.
Nothing to do with the post really, but Aldi's 28yr old christmas release in 2016 was heavily rumoured to be Glenfarclas, and it was lovely.
Thanks,I bought two in Kirkcaldy high st branch. 3 left.I also got a £5 off voucher that I used on the second bottle
a They also had ancnoc 12 year old for £25
