Yea drives me crazy when people add coke, water, ice... 18 years to make 5 seconds to spoil..:D

It's all personal choice! I find 2 drops of water really opens up the flavour! not too much though, I still like to feel like I am drinking whisky.

Drives me crazy when people cook chicken! add spices and flavours!! wtf.. takes a lifetime to make, 5 minutes to spoil it.
Well I guess everyone has their preference.

Lol but ye, I wouldn't drink a proper whiskey with coke.
heading down to the local tesco's at lunch...
Still £30 at Tesco's in Coventry. Must be a deal local to a single store.

I can see what you mean with water, a drop or two (or a teaspoons worth) opens up the oils and flavours more and oxygenates them, ice does the opposite so is one of the worse things to put in if you want to appreciate the flavour. But getting a high quality single malt to mix with coke is unforgivable! Plenty of cheap nasty stuff and bourbon for that.
Nothing at Tesco Sunbury....gutted
Was priced @ £20 in Tesco Banbury but none left on shelf.

Hot deal though!
+1 for a couple of drops of water. Whilst I enjoy drinking it on it's own, I find that a couple drops of water stops the whisky from anesthetising my tastebuds
Ipswich has none should of got more from asda! Doh!
Dreadful drink, nothing on Johnnie Walker.
cold i only drink 20+ whisky
Great deal though, if you like it! Voted hot.
It's old enough to legally drink itself.
none at my local, just to save you guys the trip
None in Hull (St Stephens)

I'm probably to young to appreciate good whisky and rarely drink it straight but when i tried this one I really enjoyed it! Good spot OP.

Also i'm planning to get a my old man a bottle of Blue Label for his 50th, anybody know where I can get one for a reasonable price?

It's a wind up! I prefer it with cherryade.
Great! I've just managed to reserve the last one at Carlton Nottingham

It's nice with Coca Cola Zero with cherry. I think there's a deal for that too
Had the label at my store @ £30 but none in stock but had JW Gold @ £45

Don't waste your money. For the same spend there are far more interesting malt whiskers out there.
Or even malt whiskies!

You NEED to add a drop of water to appreciate a good malt. Ask any distiller, and they'll tell you that...

did you scan them?
Baguley store South Manchester has 1 left on the shelf.
Don't think this is nationwide deal? Just rang my local store and they have it priced at £42.50. Darn it.
