My boyfriend says he uses his 'powerful urine stream' to get rid of those 'nasty skid marks'.

I guess that's one way of cleaning your toilet without man made chemicals...

Just trying to show off with your Eco friendly posh chemicals
no, I would not go near mr muscle etc with a bargepole
And why is that? You know some people with families can't afford to buy Eco friendly cleaning products for more than 3 pounds per bottle.

use lemon juice or vinegar. The adverts have created a false image about bacteria etc. Its a big overreaction.
    Just in theory:

-I am opening new Tesco account
-I am ordering today 25xHarpic Hygienic Rim Citrus Twin for £2.00 (total £50)
-I am choosing collection for £2
-I am using voucher code for £10 when spend £50
    So total to pay: £50+£2-£10=£42

But, tomorow price will change from £2 to £0.20, so 25x£0.20=£5+£2=£7, then £10 voucher, so in total TESCO will pay me £3 for this order. Please correct me if i am wrong...
Agreed Lucy. These Eco friendly products are a luxury that not everyone can afford.
My parents use Harpic so I'll definitely be stocking up at this price.
I know that you can as well but a bit of chemicals is ok time to time.

    Saving money.

I want to see Tesco paying you back. Its not a cashback site. If something it will be free order. Besides prices are always valid on day of order. They will change tomorrow.

    the risk of cancer/death
saving £2 a bottle is not really a big saving.

    I was being sarcastic

Not going to happen in a million years.

The coupon is only valid on a shop of £50+ so IF the product goes to 20p which I doubt (not crazy for tesco to make a mistake... Coke zero £1 Bogof....) then the coupon is invalid and won't work on the order.

People buy these products, it's not a major issue, there's not real proof they're carcinogenic under normal use, and I don't know anyone who's licking their freshly cleaned toilets.
Well done you for championing the green agenda, but don't shove it down people's throats or back it up with false 'cancer causing' claims, it devalues your argument. I'm a microbiologist, there are grim things that can live in your toilet, but these things can just as easily live in your dishcloth, these products are generally more aesthetically pleasing than crucial as there is little bleach won't kill and a swirl of that round the rim of the loo once a week is plenty clean enough for me.

then why are cancer rates almost 50%
    Orcinus_orca

then why are cancer rates almost 50%

    Seriously???
A combination of an ageing population, increased UV levels and pollution, increased travel putting more people at risk of contracting bacteria and viruses and a host of other factors.

Not people using harpic to clean their loo.
the harpic is 100% man made chemicals, they weren't meant to be made for this world, they cause problems
It's pointless arguing with a moron.
Unless you're using a computer made of wood, it too is made of man made, scary, "not meant for this world" chemicals. I suggest you turn it off and go sit quietly in a field somewhere.

    Class!
Well Tesco obviously don't want to risk anyone contracting cancer because the link in post 8 is now dead and all the items have gone.
