Are you sure you didn't just use up your Amazon gift card balance?
Or here. You sure you're not using promotional credit or something?

I have ordered 3 lots of these today and mine has all gone through as 7.98 each and get billed once dispatched on first order date.

Must have been a glitch for a short period! But my promotional credit is in place, my gift card balance is also intact. The Grand Total is definitely £0.00

You have a balance of £6.12 in your account.

Yes I do. Why does that matter?

Yes I do. Why does that matter?

Because I want it now
It looks like you have a credit on your account and they have used this to pay. I'd would check your account and see if you have been refunded on anything .

I know what you're saying, but it's definitely intact! I have checked it over and over again. All good I guess. Sorry if no one else was able to catch it! I got a pretty cold post in matter of mins!

That proves the deal. Gift card balance is very different from promotional credit. That shows the S&S promotional discount was £10.50. Sadly only takes off £2.53 now

Actually it doesn't. That image is from the order details after the order had been placed. I checked on my own account and it shows the £0.57 deduction from the subscribe & save option and shows the promotional credit applied underneath. It doesn't show this on the order details once you have placed the order.

Using desktop? Then I don't know what you are doing differently. It shows a discount of "Promotion Applied:-£2.53" if you try now on both the S&S page and order details (but it's always done that - are you using an app? might be different on there).

It's definitely not down to gift card credit. The only possible option would be promotional credit from one of the recent top up deals, but the OP would be aware of that and it should show (did with previous £5 promo) on the gift card balance page (but it's not gift card credit) and unless they had exactly £7.97 promotional credit it would show the remaining applicable on the order summary.

Unless Amazon have changed something of course
