You choose multi city option you select the dates and upon return you select another flight to OSLO Norway (OSL) it must be within the 24 hours of arriving back to London, but you actually do not need to fly this last leg of the flight.

Use expedia.co.uk/ as they more reliable then Edreams Plus you can get nectar points and 1% cashback on topcashback.co.uk/ for those who didn't yet register on TCP register here.

Sample of dates i did on edreams.co.uk/
London to New York on the 05-Nov
New York to London on the 13-Nov
London to Oslo on the 14-Nov

This "method" is well documented on FlyerTalk amongst other flight forums and on all of them, rule #1 is DO NOT call the agents or airline so as to preserve this method for the future.
Booking the last leg to:

Geneva
Copenhagen
Lisbon
Porto

can reduce the cost even further.

Great find sorely tempted and it works well done op

Edited by: "archer1204" 5th Sep 2014

Just tried it, same dates as you but earliest flight I could get London - Oslo was in December, still worked. Going to experiment with a few other dates and destinations.

Is there any chance they can cancel this?

What price?

Really tempted! If you put in dublin it comes up at £295

Nice find! With Virgin too, not United or American where you get zero leg room and zero service!

trying to find flight and hotel to New York in October - cheapest flight £810 (avoiding the 26hr stop!) . Hotel and flight seems the only way to do it unless someone else has any advice...

p.s. £1096 doing it this way!

That's if you manage to get the ticket. I'd read up on this travel agent first: tripadvisor.co.uk/Sho…tml

I agree - Virgin is over-hyped, BA is far better.

Las Vegas-London Nov 19

Great price for the west coast!

Great find OP but can anyone let me know what the status is with passports? I need to renew and don't want to go and they say I haven't held it long enough? Would anyone know before I try and book?

Cheers, also got prices £226 to £235 for the end of this month. Really tempted by this.

Expedia and others have similar price. check on kayak.co.uk to get the full list and prices.

This would have been perfect for my honeymoon in August but flights are coming up alot dearer then hot deal though

Will not be a problem. You need to apply for an ESTA visa waiver as well.

Whats the best site for finding flights to Japan? Never flown before...

Seen a few dodgy reviews about edreams and also complaints on their facebook page.

For instance someone booked flights through edreams and got a booking confirmation only to be told at check in that edreams didnt pay the airline so couldn't fly.

I was going to book my barcelona flights through edreams earlier in the year as the ryanair flight was cheaper than going direct but ended up paying the extra £20 to book direct with ryanair for the peace of mind after the poor edreams reviews

Honestly I've read some pretty dodgy things about edreams in the past. Not wanting to **** on anyone's bonfire but they're not the most trustworthy of companies.

Yep, BA all the way for me. I've never understood all the hype surrounding Virgin - at best I would say they are average, but appear to be masters of spin

The same prices are available through expedia, so anybody not comfortable using edreams could use expedia instead.

Used them once before despite the reviews and touch wood all was fine. I booked flight for late Jan but will call up Virgin in a couple weeks to make sure they have my booking in their system.

You can do this online - pay no more than US$14.00.

Just returned from America (via Delta Airlines). Booked with eDreams, issued the e-ticket immediately after I paid.

Fly both regularly, both pretty good and similar in terms of service. Only ever been bumped off a BA flight but they handled it very well.

Bad reviews in eDreams. Pay on your credit card and pay off immediately, and then allow the bank to fight on your behalf...

Remembering that most of these companies use the same database, I thought I'd give Expedia a try…

LHR-JFK 12th May

JFK-LHR 18th May

LHR-OSL 19th May…………….£240.33!! Direct flights with Virgin.

Went to book it and during the booking process the flights increased in price by £270 per person, needless to say I didn't book!

I've been looking for March 2015. Cheapest so far £353 anybody else had any luck ?

I read somewhere that the airline can charge you if you don't fly all legs of a booking. Apparently they can charge you the difference between the price you paid and the normal (much higher) price without the extra leg. Don't know if it's true though.

I got £250 March 31, was at 236 then went up at final stage
