"4GB/64GB" version - with more ram and double the storage. cheapest price currently available for this model - Gold colour only

A real cracker of a phone. The most sought after Band 20 Version with latest android + official global rom so supports ota updates.

Price fluctuates daily due to exchange rates so might be £3-4 more or less

What's the main reason people feel they require the 4GBram/64GB rom … What's the main reason people feel they require the 4GBram/64GB rom version? Can't tell if it's mainly for the additional internal storage or bc the 3GB version becomes sluggish over time or something?

The performance with 99% of apps will be negligible but the 4GB is slightly more future proof for any future cpu/ram intensive games etc..

The 64GB rom version just allows extra space to store videos, apps and other media.

Got this in black. Bought it cheaper a couple of months back. Absolutely amazing phone.
If this was in Black I would have bought it straight away. Heat for 4/64 version though.

yes I managed this. initially select another country - i think i selected usa then at checkout page re-select uk and charge vanishes - it took me 2/ 3 attempts - can't remember why
Went for it... Thanks!

How is the camera on this? I have a note 4 but it's starting to die so I'm looking for phones with a relatively decent camera

And how is the video quality? My hubby has the redmi 5inch and I think the video seems to have a delay

Thanks

Yes
Good phone, but I'm still holding out for the Lenovo P2 as it's currently out of stock with Three. That 5100mah battery would be very useful to me.
What xiaomi's work with Three.

Is there warranty on things bought from ali or are you stuffed because its china

Yeah I was looking at this earlier. Was ready to buy then I seen it was oos. Do you know when they are likely to get stock?

Bragging rights. 3GB fine for most though one can never have too much.

Yeah you're probably right with that, just wanted to know if there was a big performance improvement between the 3/4gb versions. My honor 7 with only 16gb rom is a pain in the ass though since despite the fact I have a 32gb micro sd in, seemingly not everything is able to be stored on it
wow , don't think a day goes by when another one of these deals pops up ---gold was £128 the other day, prices fluctuate daily

and the same questions keep getting asked, I was new to all this but a little search would not hurt anyone,

I personally like gold phones, but with these budget brand phones, they are not really suitable to be 'shown off', so why would the colour matter at all?

Why research when you can just ask? Rhetorical, why ask when you can find out yourself IMO.

I dislike gold too though my mi max is gold because it was cheaper and I can't see the colour under the case.

I rang them in the morning and they said there's no ETA on stock. I'm going to check the page daily to see if it comes back in stock.

Will it work with a three pay as you go sim? Anyone please

I figured that, but it's just a practical device with no bragging rights, I just can't see why the colour would be a factor.

this one imo. This phone can compete with the lenovo p2 and moto g5 plus, both £200 phones.

I'm happy with the quality of photos and video on all our Xiaomi phones (in decent light) though some people expect DSLR standards. No one can decide what you are likely to be happy with.
**This phone doesn't have Gorilla Glass or any other kind of protection. You will need a screen projector and a case. Don't buy a case from the same seller as the phone because in my experience it is worthless. Make your choice based on Ali Express reviews.**
The mother is after a new phone over her iPhone 5. She likes the look and size of my PPTV (i have an iPhone 6 and probably will grab a "chinese" brand to replace it soon too) so I'm here to see if this is the one for her... seems cheap and great quality for her. She doesn't need to spend more for the camera as long as it's ok.
