Hi Mr Switch, what's the best phone for under £250?

Mi 9 from aliexpress?
Tempted but i honestly don't want to risk no warrenty past one year, i have been way to unlucky and im not sure Xiaomi give warrenty for this.
The T is for NFC?
@MrSwitch what do you think about that funky camera coming from the top? Likely to break?

Probably not. Built quite well from videos I've seen.

Same seller yeah. I just messaged Royal Mail on Twitter and they said there's a customs fee to pay and I should receive a card within a couple of days.

That's why then, been stuck in customs. Like I say, always a risk. Sorry about that

Not your fault, just thought I'd add my comment so people know. Still worth the wait even with the additional charges imo

I ordered a Redmi Note 8 Pro in the BF deals. It arrived 51 days after order. When I say it arrived, the package arrived with a screen protector in, the phone was missing. Trying to get my money back over the past week, Ali express dragging their heels, not helped by it being Chinese new year I guess.

Prices are great, but I don't see the point when you have to wait months and then you're risking fake products, things missing, no warranty, etc. I'm hoping to get this phone now from a UK or EU seller.

It's definitely a risk. For me personally it paid off.
