This is the 64GB version, so a better deal that the Gearbest one already posted. They've listed the delivery time as 20-40 days via china post.

I held off getting one of these as the 5 plus 4\64gb is much better as far as I can see, for a similar price.
A very nice phone the sound quality is better than the note 4 so is the camera as for the battery life the note 4 wins that one and that's why I've gone back to the note 4 having said that this is a good price for the 4GB 64GB version so it all depends on which features matter the most to you.

Very happy with mine and Pure Android, great to get updated to 8 just 1 day after the Pixels.
I'm loving this phone, shame I got it for £186 but doesn't matter as I needed it and it was just released.

Best budget smartphone in my opinion.

I think it depends what you value. I don't mind swapping a 5.5 inch rather than 6 inch screen and a smaller battery, in exchange for a dual camera setup running pure android with quick release of updates.

The 6 inch screen doesn't increase the phone size so much as it's a 2:1 ratio now, and I feel dual cameras are a bit of a gimmick, though the Note 5 isn't so far away from launch either. I was going to go for the A1 because of the updates, but I think Xiaomi will provide regular updates for the 5Plus and Note 5, and their internals will be an upgrade to this model. Simply the new 2:1 ratio almost bezel-less looks nicer, so I can wait it out to the new launches. It's the same with iphone, who wants an 8 when the X has been revealed?

Sorry, it may be a spanner in the wheel, but is Xiaomi actually releasing Note 5? There were rumours that they drop N5 in favour of their Mi devices. Has anyone been watching their release plans and can confirm?

It was rumoured that they'd dropped the N5 for the 5plus, but it looks like it's going ahead. One Czech shop has a placemaker webpage set up for the N5, with the 5plus on sale next month.
Mi 6X spotted, might be the Mi A1 replacement.
thinking of getting this as my one plus has terrible software issues

Does this phone get software updates and if i update wont have issues using my EE Sim card are it Google OS and not xiaomi OS right?

thanks
