Hi Guys, use code 2020BSW12 to get $12 discount - For those that want NFC select the NFC model ($132.99 4/64/NFC) - and take it down to $120.99 - which works out around £92.22

Xiaomi are really good with updates, this has the latest G80 processor - budget top teir gaming (G30,35,70 >) and an outstanding large battery. Dont think you can get much better for the money. Hope this helps

If you can get the 4gb/64gb version with NFC for around £92 then this is a bargain. I had one and swopped over to the Note 9 only for the improved camera and slightly better screen but for £92 this will be more than enough of a phone for most.

Where is 4gb one
Would this be any good as a xcloud device? I’m an iOS user, but am looking for a budget device to use almost like a switch for xcloud?
64gb come with 4gb ram?
As a new user do you have to verify and upload ID. It won't let me purchase
Thanks
Cheaper on DHGate they're doing $25 off today just managed to bag one for £82
Good luck

It's risky like all the China sites I guess, have been buying from there for years though with minimal issues, I always buy with a credit card just in case & it's all down to just finding the reputable sellers on there. I believe there is at least one authorised Xiaomi seller on dhgate.

Also sometimes there is a customs tax charge if items bought are found to be more valuable than the cost the seller's says it's worth on the package, which can be a problem, but it's still typically cheaper than buying at UK prices.
Also I'm pretty sure the 4GB version is NFC not sure though, just judging from the feedback of previous buyers
This seller Ali express are fantastic. I've had 8 phones from them plus Xiaomi TV stick. They put really low value on packaging so don't get hit on import duty. Never had any issues. I only buy from this seller.

From my experience with the Note 8T: no. The CPU and memory isn't a problem, but the Wi-Fi in this phone just can't keep up. It plays, but even fairly simple games such as State of Decay 2 become a lot more challenging because the screen often drops a few frames or turns all blocky. It gets better when turning off bluetooth but then you can't play wig a controller which is a pain. The Wi-Fi in our house is not the problem either as Steam Remote Play happily streams from a Wi-Fi PC to an iPad without any stuttering whatsoever.

Adding heat as I ordered this from Gearbest via their "email only" offer. It was £101 for the 4GB 64GB NFC version. Just waiting on it arriving. Says it's arriving in the UK imminently! This will be a good upgrade from my Redmi Note 5 Pro. It will be good to have NFC again!

My pleasure, no doubt it'll be here by Xmas
That's why i ordered no..... . Last thing i ordered from Ali Express was some ear buds ( May 2019) and they only took 4 weeks to arrive.
It's worth the wait just to get her off Iphone and back on to an Android device

I was about to post that, great phones I've had various models for a few years now. Delivery for a few recent items I ordered from China was around 6 to 8 weeks, you might want to factor that in.
Well phone arrived two days ago and just got around to setting it up, for some reason it wont pair to any bluetooth devices I have, anyone know of any work arounds? I tried some rests on youtube but nothing seems to sort it !
