Pakistan is part of India reserved for those subjugated by Moghul invaders …Pakistan is part of India reserved for those subjugated by Moghul invaders from the Middle East.

Pakistan is in South Asia, not the Middle East. The Mughals ruled North India. With that same logic present day Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and China would also be Middle Eastern countries. The Mughals were Turkic, of Central Asian origin, not Middle Eastern.
1. Pakistan is part of South Asian SubContinent
2. Many news channels in the east refer to the 'Middle East' as WEST ASIA. Middle East is a British term.
3. There is NO such thing as Pakistani food. Pakistan has a short history and is ex Indian territory. Therefore its food is the same as you get in parts of India and Afghanistan. Essentially its Punjabi and Moghlai food. Same as a version of the vast Indian food scene.
