Features
Mark a flower bed, path or driveway with these extraordinary illuminating stones. They also look fabulous in a fish tank, bird bath, vase or place in a bowl to create an instant night light. They are activated by exposure to light so by day the stones appear as simple pebbles, whilst secretly soaking up the light, and by nightfall they will glow for several hours.

Postage is also 4.95

Straight from the glinting water

Wouldve got these if it wasnt for same price again postage

But all the stones from Fukushima glow now

Look good but 100 stones wouldn't go far. There must be at least 200+ in the picture shown. Need an awful lot to do a flower bed, path or driveway as suggested.

OT but been looking for coloured glass chippings for pots.. anyone know where i can get some delivered?

Stones, irradiated or otherwise, are inherently heavy, so I think the postage costs are reasonable.

"They also look fabulous in a fish tank"

Please don't use these in a fish tank

They are a lot more expensive here,so the above price isn't bad,you obviously wouldn't need as much if they were mixed in with gravel for example, that's what i was thinking of doing on a border on my drive, but don't know if it would work or how many i'd need.

Voted cold purely for this stupid comment:
"They also look fabulous in a fish tank"

Two things: -

1) Postage is 4.95 no matter how many bags you buy. Buy 5 bags and it's less than a pound each for P&P.
2) The comments about Japanese radiation are not funny, just insensitive

Need to be outside to soak up the sun, so how would these work in a fish tank anyway?

IF you use a full spectrum light in your tank it should be the same.

Why can't these be used in a fish tank?
(Genuine, but probably stupid, question)
Are they going to stress the fishes out, or are they toxic?

And putting these on the driveway is like inviting kids to nick them...

If you order a brochure there is a free delivery code you can use but believe the order value has to be £50 or above.

Ordered 5 bags, postage still £4.95.

I'm going to scatter them over an existing pebbled area at the rear of the house (where local youths can't get them) and I reckon they'll look pretty cool on a dark night.

Hopefully.

thank you for taking the trouble to count - did you include the ones underneath the top stones that you can not see? :-)

Is this a joke?

How exactly are these "kids" going to get past the barbed wire on the main gates and then avoid the grounds keepers?

Somebody just did I guess :-)

These are extremely rubbish. We had a bag and put them outside. If it was the peak of summer and bright sun all day they would emit a very faint glow when it was pitch black. After a while they just stopped doing anything and looked like normal pebbles. They may last better if they were kept inside but you then wouldn't get the direct sunlight.

Ah, well. Never mind.

Anyone got a bridge they want to sell?
