Not quite sure what was going with this site. the code didn't work but when I put in a password and typed "SHIP" into the code part it did? Anyway, thanks. Used to have these in the kids rooms, now handing them down for the grandkids rooms.

My sister slammed the door and a mirror-picture in a metal frame fell onto my face breaking my nose and affecting my sense of smell forever... Thank god it wasn't a few inches higher or it'd have taken an eye... I Would have taken countless plastic stars in the head instead.

That's rubbish luck. Doesn't look broken from the profile photo assuming that is you.
Sisters do love to slam doors don't they!

I was told that sticking them on with toothpaste will cause the least damage. Don't know if that's true or not though.

Depends what your ceiling in your car is made from, if it is plasterboard and painted/papered or even tiled - then yes. However, I can only assume it's material, in which case the little sticky bits may struggle to stick and stay up on your car's ceiling, causing a barrage of stars attacking your passengers.
Hope this helps, do clarify what is on your car ceiling though I'm intrigued

Think you might actually be better off with a fibre optic star projector, I've never seen one in a car but may be decent if you can position it right and keep it still.

Or better still buy a fiber optic kit- pull down your roof liner and poke the fiber optics through the liner at random - flush with the liner, and wire it all up.

Be a proper project to keep you busy

Thanks. Much appreciated.
I got some of these recently from the planetarium-TBH they’re a PITA to put up one by one and my daughter and I got bored a couple of dozen in.

I don’t even want to think about getting them off-reckon they’ll be up there until we move!

Also they only glow when “charged” so weren’t very visible in winter
Perfect, thanks OP.

I saw this too in a RR documentary. The number of 'starlight installers' simultaneously working on headliners at the plant gives you an idea of what's completely wrong with society today.
Bought and heat added. Thanks OP
why did i read this as death star? then get disappointed when going to buy it?
Ordered - thx 🔥

As my stepson is in midmanagement at RR, I get to the staff family days. I can confirm it's nice to look at, and ride in (several times), but just demonstrates how some have too much money - you have to question priorities in life... but I digress
