Yeah, environment smironment :).
I've got lights on my external HDDs, telly, fan, PC and 8 orange LEDs on 2 extension sockets in my room.

I'll pass on this one thanks.

Nice find, about 63p with VAT though.

How do you check the sale book? I've bought an item for £3 more once than the same thing on sale at the same time.

thank you. i've ordered a few
Thanks op, ordered!
I ordered one of these a few weeks ago to light up my hall at night to save turning the light on. To be honest they are not bright enough, the dimmest night light I have ever had and only lit up directly around the plug. Nonetheless I do like CPC and have had a lot of good bargains from them, I just wouldn't recommend this particular one. Not like you've wasted much money though and some may find it ok.
Good price but just one thing about CPC. Order from them and you can expect quite a lot of catalogs etc through the post. These are not small leaflet types either!

and if you only order hukd listed items... then wondering how its economical for CPC to fulfill order of £0.53 item via signed delivery?

(leave the cost of sending those colour printed reams for free)

note: they send items via signed delivery

Yes, there were houses up and down the country on fire!
CPC thought....**** it we'll sell em anyway as they will set on fire and we don't want that happening in our warehouse

that's the price without VAT, with VAT is 64
I bought one of these last month and it's brilliant. I put it in the hallway at night so can see the way to the bathroom etc if you have to get up during the night without waking the rest of the house by putting lights on.
Great deal, heat.
With moulded plugs being a standard on appliances since the early 90s I wonder how many people these days can actually wire up a plug?

It's only 3 pins

You'll probably have to learn only once or twice to do it . Then again who ever needs to if said person isn't into DIY?

That's one too many for some people! Unless they don't need the ground wire...even then they have a 50/50 on getting the live and neutral muddled up, let alone wire stripping and securing.
I just received them and put two in my daughters room to help her navigate in the dark without putting her main lights on but they're useless - they don't shine anywhere in the room just the plug itself -disappointed with the product but they were cheap so shows you get what you pay for.
