It was £319 inc previous customer discount. Seems someone had it for £309, so maybe dropped a little since I ordered.

Had mine for 18months and it doesn't chuck dust around. Maybe yours is faulty?

CramNalob

This dyson is utter crap , had one over six months and it’s the worst dyson I’ve ever owned, it doesn’t have a filter... correct! It means you have dust every day, coz it chucks out so much into the house... avoid .....

tgheretford

I don't think people legitimately care about that situation. They'll likely ensure they have Wi-Fi prior to purchase. And this is the danger for radio set manufacturers, particularly at a time where typically radio sets increase in price and smart speakers decrease in price. We're reaching a point now where radio sets are approaching the price range of smart speakers with a hundredth of the functionality and the assumption that everyone has access to the Internet. The radio industry are promoting smart speakers and the Internet as the upcoming de-facto delivery method for radio, which is a concern for free-to-air terrestrial radio, particularly DAB as those who don't have the Internet and are less tech savvy are more likely to stick to FM.

tinca

But you can't use it when you have no wifi (skeptical)

Not sure what's wrong with the bin emptying on the V6 I was just gifted one and its literally press a button and it opens and empties itself into the bin.

I voted hot but the v8 absolute model was recently on sale for 289 at dyson outlet albeit a refurbished model with only 1 year guarantee

DemonIT

I want one of these. Obviously this isn't the cheapest about, so can one of the cold voters share their knowledge of where this is cheaper? Thanks.

I think I'd rather have a wild bean café mug and 4 latte's for this price. For anyone who doesn't know, at BP with a wild bean, you get a stainless steel mug filled with the coffee of your choice for £6. You also get 3 vouchers for half price refills, which means by the time you have had 4 coffees in total the mug is either free or almost free (as the price of the coffee varies slightly by location). However I wouldn't post it as a hot deal as until a couple of months ago it was £5 so you saved a pound and got a free mug with 4 coffees. I've even started asking them to leave the new mug wrapped in plastic and fill my old one!

Seems to be about the cheapest for a new one. Also available in black or cream. Don't forget quidco too!
mikki777

I have one from Currys (black/gray) for the same price and it's nothing special apart brand label to be honest. Plastic travel mug is cheap made in china with no PBA free info on it. There is also plastic taste coming from inside of the machine even you brew into a ceramic mug. I would not recommend it to my friend whatsoever.

donslibi

I have in the past, no issues.

Checked trustpilot, company address etc before buying. All seems legit.

Not a bad deal but like mafia says the 6 year guarantee is a no brainer, I've been wanting this for few years now I still think too expensive. The white version at RS is £159 so I'm hoping for reduction after Christmas and that Santa is good to me £££!

The ones on eBay are not the genuine ones and apparently don't turn. If you read the reviews. The one on this deal is a genuine Krups one. I ordered just before Xmas at this price with this company and I can confirm it's the genuine one that normally retails for 20 quid.

Got this Nepresso capsule holder today..genuine article. Speedy delivery. And an absolute bargain! Many thanks

But none of those are this item/model? I don't doubt you can get generic unbranded one's cheaper.

Not working for me - can anyone get this applied on their basket? I just phoned Very up and spent 30 mins on the phone trying to get them to apply the code, but they don't seem to know what they're doing as they agreee it should be valid, but can't apply it. (_;)

Kankan101

People will fully ignore what I say on this and I am glad you got it for much cheaper and you are after one and I'm not slating the deal, not mentioned that at all and fully happy with people taking it up if they want to. I am just mentioning that I cant justify the outlay for what you get and the performance it can offer for the price. I've tested and repaired every Dyson product all the way back to the DA01 and the only ones that I can say have been really good are the DC01,DC05,DC07,DC14 after that Dyson have struggled IMO to justify the price for the technology they are providing us with and they have not pushed it far enough to justify the cost. For this model I can say the motor and handle unit the main working part of the machine costs Dyson roughly £20 the battery would cost them roughly £25 so the two mains parts would cost no more than £50 max and the rest of the machine is moulded plastic with the box/packaging/manual/etc. so say £100 all in and comparing that to the performance and material costs to their cheaper uprights and cylinders which you would get better overall vacuuming from those than one of this by a long shot. I cant see what the rest of the £337 is for, it's ridiculously expensive research, high cost marketing, Customer services/cant count engineers to repair them as they are replaced and done in house where the uprights and cylinders mostly done out on the road. They will still be making 100% GP on the costs to get it to the door. Again like with Apple I cant justify the outlay because there are much cheaper options around that can do exactly the same. I know more people who have had problems with iphones than any other phone my sister-in-law has had 3 and they have all had problems and broke but she still buys then because she has brought into the marketing and it's the same with Dyson. Yes, its a bargain price for this product but it isn't a bargain product for the price.

The daughter of friends of ours brought her new boyfriend home to meet her parents. She asked her dad to make the boyfriend a cup of coffee. The family aren't coffee drinkers, but keep a jar handy in case of emergencies. So off her dad went to the kitchen, and returned some minutes later with the coffee. So while the boyfriend was drinking his coffee, very slowly by all accounts, he kept making a face each time he took a sip. After about 10 minutes or so her dad plucked up the courage to ask if there was anything wrong with the coffee, thinking the milk might be off or the lad needed sugar, or whatever. So right enough, the boyfriend said the coffee tasted funny. So the dad relieved him of the coffee and went back to the kitchen to see what the problem might be. And, lo and behold, there was the jar of Bisto Gravy Granuals sitting on the worktop.

Teasy

Doesn't actually taste like coffee though.

Berhwale

I have heard of that complaint, however, I rarely drink neat espresso, so it's not been a major concern for me.
