Good deal but hate the bit where you need to pay for hold luggage :(

No. They are definitely my pictures I took myself on holiday in the Maldives. I remember it vividly

Had a look at drink costs in TA reviews "Water - yes it costs...you do get 2 500ml bottles free everyday however we needed 1.5l bottle additional everyday at approx 5 usd with taxes." This was 2013 "most drinks were approx $5 - 7 which included the mixers so a Rum and Coke would cost you approx $10 but if a coke lasts two to three drinks then every other drink was $5. " Obviously much higher now, especially as Taxes have increased. For comparison magic of Maldives just sent me an email Eriyadu - 3* Flash sale for bookings made in May, stay until end October 7 nights All Inclusive from £1,494pp including flights from UK & transfers

April is noutoriously rainy in Portugal. If you enjoy the sun, plan for June, July or August. September is usually okay and November is when the rainy days start to appear again.... but 2017 was an exception. I spent 2 weeks of November in Portimão that year and it was stil hot AF!

I was there 8-18 and you are right best days were 15-18 April. Amazing place. Loved it.

I went to Alvor in the Algarve last October half term and it was very hot - around the corner from Portmiao. 30c most days. And for the non-believers I’m sure you could somehow check the historic weather on the internet. Great country, great people and great weather. Can’t wait to go back. Btw a bloody good deal!! Heat

Just saying, although was there 20-24 October last year and was cracking the flags ;o)

Hardly a massive saving of 41p. @worthinger up top paid through PayPal for £33.99, and hasn't been charged delivery. I would say 41 degrees was Luke warm BTW, was just joking, maybe I should have added a few more hahahaha's

Not sure what you think luke warm means but I think most people would say 41 degrees is about right. I know that a lot of people don't have access to Makro but this is in the current Makro Mail at £16.79 (including VAT) for a box of 110 but is buy one get one free for 440 tablets works out at £33.58.

Its hardly Luke warm at 41degrees haha..

Surprising that this has moved into luke warm territory. These have been a lot cheaper in the past (might still be) at various discount retailers. I remember my Staples (now Office Outlet) had a huge load of these for £5 for a box of 110 a few months ago. I didn't get any as the reviews I read at the time rated them poorly.

Unfortunately not the all in 1 tablets so remember if you order these, you will need salt and rinse aid.

Mine gets paid with the 10% I get off in COOP. Got into prison museum in Phenom Pehn free too. Mind, I'm a bona fide student.

Got a NUS Card a couple of years ago as it got me cheaper bus travel in Brighton, its quite literally the only thing I use it for and I basically saved what I spent on course and card in the first month. Saying that, I use it for cheaper Amazon Prime as well. Last year I just changed the course end date on the NUS website ( Amazon as well I think) and just auto renewed so no need to do a new course every year,

Not any more ”Offer expiredUnfortunately this offer has expired and therefore is no longer available. However, if you would still like to purchase an NUS extra card, please visit http://nus.org.uk”

You can easily spend a week in Budapest, and you wouldn’t be able to see 1/10 of the things worth checking out... all the spas, the pubs, street food, the mountains the squares, restaurants, markets, etc. It is best to go from early spring tho, because it is really cold there compared to the UK (also there’s less textile on the gorgeous Hungarian girls 🤫)

Absolutely no way; but maybe it would give you just a little taster. I doubt you would really want to use the Spa either, unless you were going mainly for relaxing, then perhaps you would only want limited sightseeing anyway.

Are 2 days in Budapest enough?

I went to Malaysia island hopping with tour centre! Never again would I choose to go with them terrible service and completely misinformed me. Then on top of it lied and tried to make me out to be the one at fault, ruined what could have potentially been an amazing trip for the family

Unless there's an online version you can view (I think there is?) that you can screenshot, you'd have to wait. They need to see proof.

Thanks. Do you know if I have to wait to get the card before I can use at Amazon?

Doesn't really matter. No matter what you put for dates, you'll get a card that lasts as long as you pay for (rather than course length), and they won't check details.

Bought the ecourse in OP but not sure what I should put here. Any thoughts?

My old Asus atom Eeepc runs win10 quite well with 2gb ram, much better than the win7 it started with. But it does have a 320gb hdd, and most of the time I use Lubuntu on it anyway.

Actually I bought a 32gb tablet and it couldn't even update Windows it needed more memory and it had nothing on it. I put in a memory card and still it wouldn't let me.

Windows 10 on an atom with 2gb ram? Wouldn't it be better to wait for deals on chromebooks or just get an android tablet?

Apparently 16gb tablets running W10 were 'a thing' a couple of years ago, but updates not possible.

Hatchimals £29.99 plus free delivery at Go Groopie
Found 30th Nov 2017Found 30th Nov 2017
Can purchase one or two at a time

Yes. I say so on 2 seperate purchase lost out both times with PayPal. On one occasion payment was £55, still credit card protection worked.

Bull! Section 75 only applies to purchases above £100 so if you did you wouldn’t be covered. PayPal IS the best option!

And Paypal will only refund once the item has been returned (potentially, at your own expense). Having gone through this with a faulty item bought through ebay, where paypal refused to refund until I sent the item to China (despite buying from a UK seller) and postage was more than the item cost I would never rely on Paypal protection again - my advise would be to pay direct by credit card if you want to risk it.

I've got to say that it looks like in this case they have a point, even their own site 'testimonials' show problems with the company. http://www.direct2public.co.uk/index.php?main_page=page&id=29 "I've sent two messages on your contact page, tried calling several times but no answer and left an email....... Can you please tell me how I go about getting a replacement??" "I have received my Zero Gravity Chairs but not the Table that is in the set. Please can you send the TABLE A.S.A.P." Considering that these are reviews that the company has chosen to put on their website I would have serious concerns ordering anything with them.

When paid through PayPal, credit card protection doesn't work.

Deal needs revising as there is a £5 delivery charge.

I have no experience with go groupie but after reading your comment I went back and read all the whole review spectrum and almost all of the 2,3,4,5* reviews talk of how well or poorly their problems were resolved. I saw the deal, researched the wine and I was borderline going for it but the inconsistency of wine quality depending on how it is stored made me think twice. What is CS going to be like if I've purchased 12 corked bottles of red?

Your link is to a page that is filtered for 1 star reviews, which makes it look worse than it is. If you look at all the reviews there's a lot of 4/5 star reviews too.

There's no excuse for bad customer service , and hukders look after each other by pointing that out. Well done . Gogroopie cold .
