Got mine for around £5 from PC World a while ago, but they only have the black ones for £8.99 at the moment.

As you said, great headphones for the price. Very happy with them.

Think the grey is actually a Khaki if previous comments are to go by

"For superb sound" - Cold just for that lie.

You've used them then have you?

Nice to know you vote people's deals cold because of product descriptions that, and you might find this surprising, they didn't write.

I have used them actually. For about 3 minutes, then gave them straight to my dad for work as they were pretty bad.

I gave mine to my Dad. Probably good for listening to DVDs, TV etc but for music they were very poor. Listened to some opera on it and notes just disappeared becuse it couldn't handle them. Cheapos before have crackled but never cut out the top of the note. I also found them uncomfortable which was why I gave them away, I think that's just me though and not the headphones. Can't trust companies, no way were they ever worth £30 headphones. Worth a punt at £5 if you don't care about the sound quality.

Got two pairs the other week. No they aren't worth £30, but they are definitely worth £5, and fine for everyday use. If you want quality headphones, you don't buy Currys own brand.

What was that deal then?

I'm assuming martynkenyon bought his 'Sony Mr zx300' from ASDA @£8. It was the 'One Day' sale where many top quality headphones where Half price. I kinda got in late and managed to get myself a pair of JVC Air Cushion Headphones for £8. (RRP:£16)
