What's the battery life on these?

Not sure these are stereo.

Ive taken the plunge but only going on the carphone warehouse site reviews I have spent the last half hour googling and cant find a single thing about these.

I think Goji is Currys own brand. I bought the on ear headphones for £6 once and they are fine

An update for anyone pondering if its worth it, so far I have set them up after charging (charge took about an hour) and so far I have listened to around a half hour of music the sound quality is better than I expected not amazing but still better than the wireless phillips that were on here a few weeks ago. The pairing process was easy and I have gave my head a good shake and they didnt fall out next step is to try them at the gym I am off there now.
Currys did have them in the store and quite a few of them for sale for 30 quid they have surprised me and would recomend them as an xmas gift.

Currently listening to these and I’m impressed with the sound. The instructions are useless though... does anyone know if you turn off to charge in the case ? Cheers

what is the battery life like on these? do they stay in ears while running or at the gym?
cheers.

One button on each ... long press on right for next track ... long press on left for previous. As far as I can see the volume is controlled on your phone etc.

Pretty fast ... I used for 2 hours then popped in the case (headphones left on) and took around 45 mins to charge. It seems to turn both buds off when done. I’ve not let the case go empty as I don’t want to run out of juice. Instructions tell you nothing unfortunately. Glad I got them

Thanks for that. I have just ordered one.

Seem interesting but I'd rather see some sort of review first, since can't return headphones with Carphonewarehouse.

You are probably right but I'm not going to get in to that hassle. Customer Services with the Currys/PC World/CW group has always been shockingly bad in my experience.

I know. Tried returning a B.B. playbook at one point. Had powered it for 5 mins. Decided not for me.
I ended up having to go through CS as the store assistant manager was being a prize knob. What was worse I used to work for the chain and knew the policies better than him.

My understanding is for anything that has a potential hygiene issue it should be supplied in a sealed box/pack.

Returns are are only possible if the seal is intact. Breaking the seal prevents a return.

The distance selling regs are to give you the same chance to EXAMINE the goods as if you were in a physical shop. They were not intended to give people a free trial of the item.

legislation.gov.uk/uks…ade

See section 28 3a

if the box isn’t sealed then potentially you can return the headphone under the regs.

Whilst the distance selling act isn't there for people to have a free trial of goods, how are you supposed to examine the goods if you can't open the box as you said? Either the distance selling act doesn't apply to earphones and you cannot return once inspected, or you can open the box and examine them. After that, who's to say if the person popped them on whilst doing so?

Bit of a dumb question, but do you have to use both at the same time, or can you use only one while the other is powered off?

I think the point is the seal. You couldn’t break a seal in a shop to examine earbuds. So why would you expect to be able to do it at home?

"The rights conferred by this Part [i.e. cancellation and refund rights] cease to be available in the following circumstances ... in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery".

So, if the goods are sealed or you (as a seller)seal the goods, you can exclude the return of unsealed items.

Anyone here who owns these able to give a bit of a review on them? Promising earbuds for £34.99!

That’s the point of the seal. If the headphones are sealed breaking the seal voids the right to return them as they may have been tried on/used.

Companies may may accept return on items where a seal is broken as a goodwill gesture but companies are within the DSR to refuse a return if a seal is broken on hygiene grounds.

Well said. And I agree you wouldn't expect to open up a sealed item in a shop to examine, however, that is the purpose of the distance selling act, to give the customer more rights than would otherwise be granted in a face to face transaction. But as you pointed out, the act does appear to have the health and hygiene clause for such items. So this item would be excluded from the distance selling act as you said. Thanks for the heads up

Really tempted, but I could never fit earbuds into my ears, even with the smallest tip. So stuck to regular earphones and headphones.

There are cheaper alternatives on Amazon. These Borofon are by far the best (I have 5 different brands) and are only £24.99
They are true wireless stereo
They have a good bass response, not tinny like the ones I tried
The storage case has 650maH battery so you can charge the earpieces indirectly
The left channel takes calls, so that is the one you can use separately
To use stereo, switch them on at the same time otherwise they won't pair.

Probably made in the same factory! Everyone knows you are paying for the "brand" with Apple, which explains the ridiculous mark-ups.

These are brilliant. Tested it for 2 days now. The sound from them is very good - better than from my AKG samsung headphones - bassy and crisp.
The case looks premium and earphones are very light and comfy - they indeed sit nice in the ears and you don't feel them really.
Battery life is decent - had them twice in the gym now - 2 x 1.5h session and they still have not been charged. So far so good.

How are they at handling calls? Do they work as stereo?

Yes, both working during a call. Button on the left one controls the music and volume down, while the same button on right one controls calls and volume up. Simple and clever.
