Designed exclusively for Wii, GoldenEye 007 allows players to channel Daniel Craig's lethal and gritty James Bond in an innovative, modern take on the legendary Bond adventure, GoldenEye. Blending fast-paced first-person shooter (FPS) action with covert gameplay, GoldenEye 007 epitomizes the modern 'thinking man's shooter' by offering varied ways to complete each mission, destructible environments, the use of cover and multiple control scheme options, including the Wii Remote, Nunchuk, Classic Controller Pro and the Wii Zapper. GoldenEye 007 redefines the multiplayer experience on Wii with unprecedented split-screen action featuring classic Bond characters and special game modes, as well as online play for up eight friends.

Wii Exclusive - The original GoldenEye for the Nintendo 64TM redefined the FPS genre, making it a best-selling title on one of the most popular platforms. As a Wii exclusive, the new GoldenEye 007 gaming experience will reflect modern technology advancements, while channeling nostalgia for fans of the franchise.

Split-Screen Multiplayer / Classic Bond Characters - GoldenEye 007 features an unprecedented lineup of four-player split-screen MP options, including 40 total characters, 8 classic Bond characters, 5 maps, 3 standard modes and 16 special modifiers that allow gamers to create over 500 different game combinations. GoldenEye 007 also features online multiplayer for up to 8 players designed for seasoned FPS online gamers with unique modes and a robust XP system for unlockables and achievements.

Choose the Way you Play - In addition to the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, GoldenEye 007 also supports the Classic Controller Pro for gamers who want to play with standard FPS controls and the Wii Zapper for 'point and shoot' gamers; players will have several control scheme options, allowing them to experience GoldenEye on Wii any way they want.

yeah mine turned up with the shirt, not that it's anything special.

Did you order on 19th December?

Or, was yours a 'pre-order' please?

It's the principle that's important. I ordered what was clearly advertised as a game with FREE T shirt, but wasn't supplied with one. At the time I could have ordered the game on it's own cheaper - indeed it's £2 cheaper than what I paid at both Amazon and HMV for example.

I would send it back for a refund, but they won't cover my postage costs!

If you can confirm whether yours was preordered or not, I will hold off getting the CCard company to do a chargeback.

Thanks

And as I have found out, nobody gives a ****! Credit Card company will do nothing because I was offered a refund BUT NOT THE RETURN POSTAGE which would be at my expense and requested to be sent Recorded Delivery. Cheek!

I'll be leaving the CC company in question eventually with a bad debt of £19.99 which I will never pay! Grrr!! [and have told them so!]

I am sick to death with this country not standing up for the rights of ordinary decent citizens who have paid their dues all their life only to be 'kicked in the teeth' when it matters!

ridiculous that you should be out of pocket for someone elses mistake.
i can see that if you just decided you didn't like it then would be up to you to pay for postage but you didn't get what you ordered.
would that be the same if it was broken? your item has parts missing so should be classed as broken.
lets just post out random junk and let them send it back and pocket money made off postage - dont need an actual product at all!

Exactly what I though, but because it was a 'free' additional item the credit card company say there's nothing they can do

When I first rang GameGears to enquire, and eventually mentioned trading standards, the guy immediately quipped 'do you want the number?' He obviously knows there is damn all I can do about it - apart from leave the CC ard with a bad debt for this amount, which I will after I have received my accumulated cashback, unfortunately not due until October, but I have stopped using the card immediately.....

Update...

I emailed Gamegears customer service and they replied to me saying "Free T Shirt until stocks last ". Then I wrote another mail n told them I will take this as a formal complaint n escalate issue to their complaints dept.. Repy came today saying " Your free T Shirt is posted already, be patient " .Truly arrogant way they replied but hoping delivery in few days, I will update when I get.

Yep, they tried that "Free T Shirt until stocks last " as an excuse with me for not posting it, but I then pointed out they they definitely had stock, selling it not only on it's own, but also as a deal with a DS!

Nothing but lies!

It will be interesting to see whether one actually turns up for you or not. Please post if it does. Ta.
