thanks guys,

Awesome deal!!

I bought these at £44.99 last week which even though its dropped to £17.99, I still don't regret it cos they are amazing. Much better than the Shure SE110 deal that was on here.

I have this, the Shure and the Sennheiser cx300 and I prefer the Goldrings

Sound is great but build quality is very poor - I had 2 pair in 12 months and the metal seperates from the plastic on the ear pieces.

Goldring, now there's a brand I haven't heard much of for years. Have to say that they used to make pretty naff stuff years ago.

why the cold, these are excellent!

If you use the foam inserts these are amazing headphones, indeed the silver pit did come off mine but I just emailed goldring and they sent me a new pair, no questions asked, all I did was send them my broken ones.

Foam inserts are almost as much as the headphones but I find last a good few months being used every day.

Not ideal if you have grubby ears mind :whistling:

Play details says they have a two year warranty. Cheapest I've seen them elsewhere on net is about £37.00 (amazon). I need some new ones and have ordered these based on good reviews. Got five stars in What Hi-Fi.

Can these be used at the gym?

Why not just use a skipping rope like everyone else?

These are great. My left earphone died. Contacted Goldring, sent the broken pair back, and the new set arrived this morning. The Sony MDR-EX85s I got (for £13.99) to use while waiting on the Goldrings are also great, but the Goldrings are just that bit better... I'd recommend either set if you want some bass punch, and the Goldrings for clarity at all levels...

Oh, and not as good as the deal from a year ago - 3 issues of What Hi-Fi and a set of GX200s for £12...

...but I vote hot regardless.

cheapest i found was on superfi for £29.31, placed an order for them yesterday morning, sent a cancellation this morning, lets hope they cancel it before they dispatch.
at £17.99 its rude not to, lets hope they don't fall out in the gym, the good bass they seem to have would be useful to give that extra bit

So shocked to see this deal isn't near as hot as the SHure as they really are better phones for the money

great sounding phones, shame about the build quality tho

It's 24.99 :x
