Stunning deal for a lease. £2400 deposit + £180 fee.

With deposit and fee works out at £6,692.17 over two years. Absolute bargain for a car of this calibre.

You can also spec it with a DSG and the price is £209 inc. VAT which is also great.

Excess mileage is 7p/mile so if you go over the 10,000 allowance then you will be charged the excess.

Enjoy!

Admin fee has increased to £199+VAT so:

£2400 + (23 x 178.79) + £239.99 = 6752.16

The National Vehicle Solutions deal is now cheaper at £6,691

Inb4 the "you don't own the car at the end" comments. No $h!+ Sherlock. I'd rather get a lease at this price than pay the depreciation over the two years.

Wow that's hot

The golf is just a tad small for my needs but this is going to be epic fun.

Really tempted to get one as a third car at this price. But that would just be greedy!

5 door plus DSG for not a lot more!

Flipping stonking deal. Have sent an email requesting further info re delivery etc. V tempted at this price

The nearly new car market will be flooded with all these great cars in 2 years time when the keys are handed back at end of lease.

That's a hefty down payment!

that's definitely cheaper than the depreciation

do I want it...yes
do I need it...no

Amazing deal, considering the slower DSG GTI is priced at almost double this!

Another amazing golf r deal especially as the five door dog isn't much more

hooray henry

It's a standard disclaimer you'll find on the majority of leasing sites - and indeed on websites selling goods of all variety.

10,000 miles a year allowance. I'm guessing leasing isn't a good option if you do high mileage?

It depends on the excess mileage charges. Typically they vary between 3p and 10p per excess mile so between £300-£1000 per annum extra for doing 10,000 miles more than the allowance. I would suggest this isn't a great car anyway for high mileage as the fuel consumption will be pretty terrible even on a motorway.

Anybody think that this could be a misprice? Changing the mileage to 15k shoots the price up to £407.74 plus VAT. I sense that this could well be a misprice. Huge shame if it is, at this price this car is amazing value for money. Heat from me.

Cracking price for personal lease. Gotta be the dsg and 5 door, think it looks better than the 3 door too.

These charge 7p / mile if you go over limit. So 10000 extra will be £700

I mean the monthly price. Click onto the link and change the deal from 10k a year to 15k and it's now 407.74 + VAT. So I think this could be a misprice.

The business price has been floating close to this price for a while now, so it could just be that the funders are allowing personal leasers to capitalise upon the deal. I'm sure we will find out in due course. I've requested more info from a chap I've had previous contact with at this company to see if he can advise.

Great thanks for the info R3tract, I look forward to hearing what happens. Really hope it's the actual price!!

Buy a 4 year old decent car for about 8-10K pay only for fuel and service then sell after 2 years. Repeat and save money

That is a great price for this car, i'd have this in a heartbeat if my current car was near the end of the finance agreement

Im glad the focus st deal has finished, i'd have been gutted ordering that and then seeing this.

I was going to get a hybrid like a CT and be all sensible now i'm a family man... i just can't do it.

Anyone with experience of ordering these leases car .. what sort of volume are these guys likely to have?

Do they take the cost of any options and spread that over the term?

Thats seriously ridiculously cheap....

Am so tempted with this...

Great price for a powerful car but decent fuel economy will be non-existant.

Ta OP.

Lol same boat as me. I bought an s3 when really I should be boring and buy a people carrier or estate... No chance

Repairs, higher tax, worse fuel economy, higher insurance

Plus you don't have to worry about any bumps and scratches caused by idiots in car parks, or even narrow county road bushes. Closing your car door on your seatbelt clip. Spilling a drink or food on your seat. You have to repair it before returning the car, otherwise you'll get stung with an overpriced repair bill. They expect you to return it 'as new'

I suspect this price is an error, so don't get your hopes up.

Lol, you don't buy a performance car for its economy. However if you drive like a nun over 40mpg is achievable, 35 mpg use is more realistic

No they don't expect it as new, we have a very detailed explanation booklet with our golf saying what they will and won't accept.

I think you do have to pay for repairs and higher fuel economy? nah not really. It's purely the novelty of driving a new car which to be honest you'd never buy anyway given how much you loose driving it off the forecourt.

Each to their own but it's not a hot deal for me
