This medium to dark roast coffee is exciting, strong, yet smooth with hints of fruity overtones.

Rukoki is a region high up on the slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains in Western Uganda where the moist, cool climate enables farmers to product the finest Arabica coffees.
WHY GOOD AFRICAN COFFEE?

We are proud to bring you this premium quality Ugandan coffee that is roasted and packed at source. This means that the value is retained in Africa, better enabling us to support our farmers and empower our communities. We thank you for buying this product and helping Africa to help itself.

TRADE: THE WAY TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

Trade enables people to empower themselves and their communities through hard work and innovation.

Aid handouts on the other hand, stifle the entrepreneurial spirit and lead to chronic dependency and take away the dignity of the recipients.

We buy our coffee direct from our farmer groups at prices that ensure a profitable return on their harvest. We also empower the farmers to increase the quality of their crop through training and the provision of appropriate technical inputs.
GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

50% PROFIT INVESTED.

Good African is an African based enterprise committed to empowering African communities through a socially responsible business model.

We invest 50% of our after tax profits in community initiated programs to support disadvantaged and vulnerable members of our society.

Please visit our website goodafrican.com, and find out more about our business model and spread the word.

Many Thanks

This is actually a bit disappointing as i usually buy this one out of choice - it was always one of budget ones on the shelves anyway and having tried most of them over the last few years it was definitely my preferred brand. Can't go wrong at this price anyway!

I've bought some yesterday, yet to try
but as Sainsburys are discontinuing this, I've guessed
it's not a big seller. Hope It's not too strong on the taste buds
Thanks for taking the time to post your comment

I'm on tenderhooks, it's the dealbreaker for me

Probably being discontinued due to the dodgy packaging.
I

Just got 9 packs of the Breakfast Coffee for £0.62 a bag, down from £2.55!

They are doing a stock check, thus clearing out old stock.
