After being invited to his first kissing party, 12-year-old Max (Room's Jacob Tremblay) is panicking because he doesn't know how to kiss. Eager for some pointers, Max and his best friends Thor (Brady Noon, HBO's Boardwalk Empire) and Lucas (Keith L. Williams, Fox's The Last Man On Earth) decide to use Max's dad's drone - which Max is forbidden to touch - to spy (they think) on a teenage couple making out next door. But when things go ridiculously wrong, the drone is destroyed. Desperate to replace it before Max's dad (Will Forte, The Last Man on Earth) gets home, the boys skip school and set off on an odyssey of epically bad decisions involving some accidentally stolen drugs, frat-house paintball, and running from both the cops and terrifying teenage girls.

Very good and funny film, DO IT ! (Heat added)
Funny film
Very distasteful use of children, borderline abuse the amount of vulgarity these children are made to spew. I couldnt believe it my neice asked to watch and innocently put it on then realised its not at all appropriate for children yet all the actors are children???

The fact it was a 15 certificate and was produced by Seth Rogen may have been a hint? (The poster in the US even prominently stamped the R rating as part of the joke)
Perhaps but looking at the children how does it make sense that its not fit for viewing for anyone 15 or under yet all the child actors are not yet 15?

So by that logic does that mean that any actors in an 18 film need to be over 18, in a 12 over 12 etc? It becomes a bit limiting then though ?
The welfare of children should come before our need to be entertained

They were protected during production, otherwise it would not have been rated by the BBFC, who do strict compliance checks. Likewise, film productions have strict laws and their parents were also involved during filming.
This is as child friendly as Sausage Party!
I doubt that very much, at the least they werent protected from their own mouths (the script) im sorry but this movie should have chosen an older leading cast and not 12 year olds.
Is sausage party an animation, not having children play main characters. So thats not the same
