Not a deal for everybody but if you normally buy this you will know it costs £5.99 in all the supermarkets so this is a £1.50 saving per bottle. Deal ends 5th june in Sainsburys & 6th in Waitrose. I can't afford to cook with this oil as I would use it up too quickly so I use it for drizzling, toast, fish, salads etc and use a good olive oil for cooking (Carbonell). I will never stop using this oil because the blotchyness of my face with red marks etc dissapeared after using it for just a few weeks. It made a visible difference to my skin which olive oil never did. Hope this helps someone else.

Hemp seed oil is unique amongst edible seed oils because it contains a natural balance of Omega 6 to Omega 3 fats which reflect the needs of the body. These are the essential fatty acids (EFAs) that the body cannot produce and must be supplied by food. EFAs are fundamental to human health. Hemp seed oil has a very high level of EFAs - it's the body's choice.

A pure natural oil of cold pressed hemp seed.
VERY RICH IN OMEGA 3, 6 AND 9.

GOOD things about GOOD OIL:

Very low in saturated fat.

A rich natural source of Omega 3, 6 & 9.

No transfats (the bad ones).

We have taken 10 years to perfect the delicious nutty taste of GOOD OIL Original on our farm in Devon. Our pure natural oil of cold pressed hemp seed is perfect in soups, on salads and for drizzling on Bruschetta. It's great for cooking and perhaps the ultimate test, it makes terrific roast potatoes.

unfortunately not

thanks for posting, I think I'll give it a try. Not a big reduction, but you'll never get it cheaper!

I was also looking to buy flaxseed oil but never saw it in any syupermarkets, only in health shop, but very expensive.

I think the hemp oil at this price is not a bad compromise.

coconut oil alot better in many ways

Thanks for posting OP, should be HOT just for providing the info......

yes, that too.

I love the coconut blocks that seem to be available in the b&m shop at the moment. Because the coconut and its oil are separated, I can use them separately too, the coconut solid as a coconut milk and the fat as coconut oil.

Thanks guys. I knew it wouldn't get any heat as its not that kind of deal but I hoped it might help a few people out all the same. Like I said in the OP I just use it for drizzling although I do drizzle it on any type of food that I can do that with so I use it alot but try to make it last. I don't think its a high price to pay considering what fats like this do for our bodies and minds!

Also thanks for the coconut oil tip, I will look into that.
