That Onkyo might have better sound quality but it's a completely different kind of product. This Goodmans is a party speaker with it's own rechargeable battery making it nice for an outdoor party or BBQ in your garden. Whilst the Onkyo will sound nice for a couple of people to listen to I doubt if it's sound would fill a room full of people in a party setting, and the Goodmans looks to be a fairly decent size and has lights built in to it as well. It probably works well for the purpose it's intended for so I think for £60 it's worth some heat. (edited)
