Ocado have reduced the Google Home to £59 but is possible to combine a £30 off £100 code VOU8227825 (new account) by adding £41 of grocery shopping. It doesnt work on alcohol and stamps but does work on grocery items including offers. So net cost is £70 for a Google Home and £41 of shopping, which I thought was decent. Ocado doesnt deliver everywhere so best to check on the link here first if they deliver to you

Example Shop

  • 20 packs of Jaffa Cakes Triple (33 in each pack) - BOGOF offer
  • 5 loafs of Warburton bread - 45p a loaf in flash sale at checkout
  • 2 Haagen-Dazs Salted Caramel Ice Cream - 2 for £5
  • Ocado Magnetic Meal Planner - free
  • Google Home - reduced to £59

Net cost after applying code VOU8227825 = £70.15

Why only "20" packs of Jaffa Cakes
Chanchi3214/08/2019 21:33

It's still working, but stamps are an excluded item from the discount code.

Cheers got to see when it works playing around with quantities in basket.

Looks like they have now fixed it so the discount won't apply to the Google Home...

Bit worried it says "estimated total".
Another great deal Chanchi.
Mine shows £20 off £80
I don't live in a posh enough place to get an ocado van to show up.
Won't work on two Google homes
Would do this but frankly, Ocado seems so expensive. I guess it evens it out with the voucher.

It has to be an estimate in case some things aren’t available. Plus they give you 5pm’s back for every carrier bag you return (even if they’re not Ocado ones!). Don’t worry, they’re aren’t just going to slap an extra 10% on the bill! 😁

They usually Rob delivery drivers on my block Brixton hill
Isn't £41 the price of a single carrot? 🥕

A grade is £40, B grade is £35. Can also buy discounted CeX vouchers to use which makes it even cheaper.

Or maybe you need it more than ever before
Home hub plus £11 of shopping for £70 seems better

Thank you. I think it's the cat food that's excluded
I have two of these. One upstairs, one downstairs. Small, decent sound quality, bass, for their size impressive.

They work great with iOS12 (at the moment they don’t work with iOS13).

In short, no; it needs 16.5v and USB is only 5v

Supermarkets always say that - because of substitutions, out of stocks, the weight of parsnips & other technicalities.

It shouldn’t - never had a problem with Ocado, Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys or Morrison’s vouchers. But you can always tell the delivery person you don’t want the google home if something untoward should happen & they will just take it way & refund you. You could possibly reject the entire order if you really want to be awkward but probably not a recommended course of action.
The first thing i'm gonna do with this, is ask why were Cornflakes invented?
Already got one but have to give the heat for the sheer innovation of the post
