Hmmm, you can't take tcb and quidco money as a deal because they are not always guaranteed.

Good price. Or £59 at curry's with 6 months free Spotify - I went for that one for the Spotify and just because it's a shop and easier if anything goes wrong.

The curries one is the current generation. I understand that the eBay ones are previous gen hence the 10 quid difference. To be honest I would have preferred eBay over Curries because of their reputation but because of the new gen (I hope) I went for that one. John Lewis has the same one but Curries is nearer in case anything goes wrong.

There's only one gen of this product, which they confusingly renamed; but it's the same product on eBay and at Curry's (the Nest Hub Max is the only other smart display made by Google).

I began to suspect that when I saw the box with a sticker on it saying it is renamed lol. I've always had it in the back of my mind to pick up a second device after my mini. This device at its current price makes sense for my morning routines. Plus I "should" be getting 15% off the special Quidco were doing yesterday so I guess I'll live

I have one and think it's great, and I paid more than £60, so either way I think it's a good buy!

I have both; the only discernible advantageous of the Nest Hub is the adaptive brightness of the screen using the EQ sensor - otherwise the Lenovo has a bigger screen, better speakers etc.

Really annoying that Lenovo don't put a light sensor in their tablets. That can't save more than a pennies.
hi guys, this one or one of the Echo Show models?
Does anybody know if you can play YouTube music videos on this, without a subscription. Or does it default to 'YouTube music' where you need a subscription?

Not quite it says maximum cashback is up to £50. That’s how I read it. Also the hub says limited quantity

Depends which ecosystem you’re in. Google Home Hubs are nice for photos as they link in with Google Photos (which I use) - can’t comment on sound quality but it’s pretty poor on the Show 5.

Yes you can play YouTube music videos on it for free. Just spent a couple of hours saying “hey google play music video “for example Killers singing are we human , you have to wait for a ad to be shown for a few seconds and then the video is played. Whatever music artist I’ve asked for it has played the song and video. Amazing bit of kit so easy to set up too. My google mini assistant is now redundant!

Thank you
Ordered one on Thursday. I've had no update, or any communication from the seller. Is this seller genuine? Just wondered if anyone else is in the same position regarding their order? Cheers.
