Google Home Mini for £39 at BT Shop

Found 4th Mar
Seen this deal had already been posted but expired. It's definitely still live as I've just bought two.

Not as good as pre Christmas pricing but £10 off, better than everywhere else.

Play music. Set timers, Ask questions... The list goes on. If you don't know then you probably don't need one.
Same price at Argos too

I have the larger Home version and I love it. use it mostly to play all my Google Music playlists, no subscription needed to Google Music using your own uploaded music.

What I would like to know is, how good is the sound output that comes out of the Google Home Mini? I use my Google Home in my kitchen but would like to use the same features from the Mini in my bedroom which does not need as high a volume.

We have them in the kids bedrooms and a big one in living room, and I think they are perfect. Not as much bass as the big unit, but thats definitely a good thing. Can still play quite loud if required, and for a small device the quality is good. I think its better quality than playing music through a phone speaker. Thinking of getting one for our bedroom and maybe one for the kitchen.

They can also be used as an intercom if on the same wifi by saying "hey google broadcast" which is cool, although gets annoying when the kids starting having a conversation with you when they should be going to sleep!!
Thanks Lee, I'll buy one then, don't really want something basey in the bedroom just clear sound on a low volume. I have added one into my Argos basket to collect this morning from my local Argos for £39. Cheers
Well I bought it, plugged it in and yep, the sound quality is perfect for my needs. Thanks again Lee
