Heat for price although I prefer Alexa - we use this in the kitchen to play music but I have to practically scream at it before it hears me!
A bit off topic, but is anyone else having problems asking Google to play a radio station on TuneIn?

I've got several of these, the older mini's as well as Google Home's and all of them currently state that they are going to play the radio station I requested, then states "Sorry Something went wrong, when you're ready give it another try".

No problems with ours. Home, Minis and Max. Have you checked the Google forums for a solution?

Does it work if you stream through the TuneIn aop on your mobile?

All mine were doing the same last night, seem fine today though. I did have internet woes last night so put it down to that.
Once a fanboy of these but everything is so much easier with an amazon Echo

If it's a BBC station they forced Tunein to remove them as the Beeb insisted they must have tracking data..

I could get it working through the app and also on Amazon echoes.

Fortunately, it seems to have resolved itself today and back working on my Google devices too.

I'm glad I wasnt the only one. I couldn't find anything on any sites, but then thus morning I noted that a few posts had appeared on downdetector. But at first, I want sure if I'd revoked a permission (unknowingly or something) whilst adding my new Google home into my mix.

It's either a legal wrangle or there's a glitch between the station and TuneIn rebroadcasting it.

It occurs with a couple of the stations I listen to from time to time. I don't think it's a hardware issue, just the lawyers or techies getting in the way.

Same as I found, moved on almost instantly once I tried one. Especially once I realised that Google Home requires spotify premium, I can just use my Amazon subscription to play music with Alexa.

And saying Alexa instead of OK Google is sooooooooooo much less painful.
