I appreciate there will be a lot of deals linked to the voucher code, but as mentioned in other threads, not everyone visits the voucher section. I personally find it easier to search for a product I'm looking to buy, and find the best deal.

really dont get why people getting so irate about the codes. i never visit the codes section and its nice to see things like nexus 7/games cheaper than normal through it. obviously dont put every product you can find up just flagship kinda stuff.

Thanks for letting us know OP. Voted hot as this is a good deal.

Not everyone reads every area of the site you know. Some people will be after a specific product (e.g. a Nexus 7 in this case), then use the site's search function to see if there are any good deals on it at the moment. Those people would miss the offer if they hadn't happened to have already seen the voucher code on another deal.

Yes, everyone is capable of checking the voucher codes section, but by that logic everyone is also capable of finding out the voucher codes without using this site at all if they're willing to put the effort in. It's a matter of convenience though.

Voted hot btw.

Phew, just spoke to them on online chat and they are going to take £20 on top of £10 already taken off with £10 off code I used yesterday, so £209 for the tablet, plus 2% Quidco and Tesco clubcard points. Can't wait for delivery tomorrow

@annamak Bought one yesterday with the £10 code, what did you say to convince them and where is the online chat?

I just went on the manage orders bit to see if I can cancel and on the top right hand page was a button CHAT, so I just asked if I can cancel order as found £20 off voucher and order again. I was told you can only cancel order within 30mins or so and got asked for £20 code and then they told me they can just refund me the £20 instead of me cancelling the order.

I had an email confirmation the £20 refund already too. Its only £10 extra off but hey Every Little Helps

Good deal hot

Thanks ordered 32gb for £202 code plus some vouchers. I know not best use of vouchers in terms of return but v happy with price for the 32gb.

So tempted

I don't care about the code not just being for the Nexus 7 - suddenly it makes this the cheapest available so hot

Arghhh....dont know whether to get this or hold out for the 32gb 3g version.....decisions decisions..........

Guess it depends on what you need. I bought the 3g version of the iPad3 last year and have never used a sim card as only need wifi or tethering. I bought the 16gb new Nexus 7 a couple of weeks ago and a £2.50 OTG cable and £2.67 NMI app in case I want the additional storage.

Heated, thanks OP, didnt really need one but hey...:)

I've just bought the 32GB version. I was thinking about getting the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, but after seeing my mums nexus 4 I like how smooth and uncluttered everything is. Have I made the right choice? Tab 3 8.0 only really has a bigger screen (worse resolution though) and expandable storage, the nexus beats it on everything else?

Tempting..

My 8 year old daughter is hoping for a tablet from Santa, so now I'm on tablet research mode - any recommendations on whether to go for this over something else?

I was going to get this for the HDMI Out however I think I'll hold fire and see what Chromecast has to offer.

If you have the cash, it's probably the best price / performance tablet you can get. Certainly the best Android tablet out there.

With me it's not that I don't have the money, it's just as a Computing student, if I'm in the house I use my PC for 99% of things and use my phone when I'm out, so I'm not sure exactly what I'd be able to use it for, but I'd love to be able to find a use for a tablet as I had a go of the new Nexus 7 and it's phenomenal.

I had the Galaxy S3 phone and sold it to buy the Nexus4 a few weeks ago and glad I did. Quicker than the S3 (thanks in part to 2gb ram). I'm well happy with my new Nexus7 and must admit I would struggle to buy a different brand other than Nexus for a while. Value for money is unrivalled IMHO.

Cheers for your help, our budget is about £150 so for the sake of £30 I might get this to get a bit more performance and longevity out of it. I was considering the Samsung Galaxy Tab3 7" but the Nexus looks to be the better option :-)

an extra 3.5% through Quidco?

Does this Nexus do Adobe Flash Player? Nope, thought not. COLD at any price.

Yeah I have the S4 and notice the nexus 4 just seems smoother in parts, I think I will sell it soon and get a Nexus 5 when it comes out.

so we could of used this on the ps3 bundle ?
