Google Opinion Rewards for pokemon go (Android only)

Found 16th Jul 2016
I know this has been posted before but I just wanted to make people aware of this regarding pokemon go.

This is a free app to download (ANDROID ONLY) from Google play store and all you have to do is fill a survey out that they offer and you'll be credited with some money. Once the money has been credited, you can then go on to the pokemon go app, shop and then buy some coins by transferring your credit and then you can stsrt buying pokeballs if you've ran out and other things they offer.

When Google has a survey released they will notify you. Fill it out and then Boom! Free credit.

Can't go wrong with that.

Gotta catchem all!

This app deal should be banned on hukd
Yeah right... registered few months ago... zero surveys after first one.
This will probably work well for Pokemon Go players as you appear to get surveys based on shops you visit or just walk past based on GPS info.
I guess each person's experience will vary. I've made almost £8 of credit in three months and each survey takes about 15 seconds so quite happy I enrolled.
I love this survey app, I'd be nowhere on Candy Crush without it - I get a survey every few days, only a couple of pence at a time, but it adds up! thanks op, good thinking.

it depends. in the first 6 months, i managed to rack up about 15 pounds, then it suddenly decreased and now i get a survey once or twice a month. it depends highly on where you live, if you go past chaintype shops etc.
have patience, dont uninstall it. trust me
my boyfriends managed over 20 pounds within a year
Actually, Ive found the "rewards" have slowed up dramatically in last couple of months. And the few that do come down the line are for 6p or 7p and such.
this is a fantastic little app. I have it installed on my tablet which I rarely take out of the house and I still get plenty of surveys. honesty seems to be a big factor.
Over the past year I've earned ~£10. If you don't get surveys try opening up the app rather that waiting.
At first I got nothing from it then after a few months it was a survey every few days. I hit about £15 and then it stopped.

I get a survey once every month or two now. Shame really as the credit was useful.
Stupid title, has nothing to do with pokemon go, just stuck the name of something popular in to grab extra attention, can use the credit for lots of other things too, don't have to list each one you know.

Fed up of seeing this deal posted too, think by this stage we can safely assume anyone with even a passing interest in the app now has it.

Used to work ok for me though never made the huge amounts other ppl claim. But lately not worth having, literally one survey, which awarded all of 6p in 5 months! Think I'm going to uninstall it, waste of space....

I can't knock the app itself, as I've had £24.63 in play credit in total since 2014. But using pokemon go as a cheap way to try and get heat is poor form.
works for me, rack the 6p and 20p etc, given Google games don't cost a lot it pay for their sins on a game every now and again. certainly think it's better on a phone as it sees where you have been or may have been. basically standard Google tracking ;-). but they pop up on the tablets, too, they are the same account. the misses uses here account to for the same reason. takes little space and effort to pay for kids games. what's not to like. you do need to use them though as the credit times out.
I'm about £40 up. £22 in there at the moment.
I installed it in May 2014 & have had over £30 since then, £21 of which was in the last 12 months - it's worth using but has nothing to do with Pokemon Go.
Fantastic app - simple and works well. I only started using it this year and so in just over six months I have earned nearly £25
I've gained over £25.00 of credit since I started to use it
Don't see what this deal has to do with P. Go any more than anything else you can buy with the credit.
Here is my recent rewards.

Can't see why this is going cold.
hi all, I wasn't looking for any attention and I for one didn't know about this app in the past. since I've started playing Pokemon go it's helped me a bit with the credit so I thought I could help someone else too by adding pokemon go into the title. that is all lol.

Maybe because it takes me 3.5 minutes to earn as much as you earned from this in 2 months and my privacy is worth more than 10 or 20p a pop anyway.

Are you comparing it it a wage? No-one is suggesting its a supplemental income, just a bit of free cash to spend on apps.

Secondly I never get why people automatically get so precious about their privacy. 99% of the questions asked are things like "do you go on holiday". Hardly a great risk. You can skip anything you don't like.

I don't think the are talking about the questions that are asked. But, the amount of leaked personally data from the app itself.
Things like: tracking your location, reads your call logs/contact list. The list goes on.

Also do a search for "pokemon security risk" and you'll see what is leaked from the app.
That's true of most apps, unless you block the leaks or send out false data.

Ignorance is bliss, as they say
I downloaded this in march last year, and I've made £34.41
There was a small period during which I didn't get any surveys and I did wonder if that was what happened to everyone at some point since I'd seen others complain about it, but a friend told me that it was because I'd turned my location off (which I had) put it back on and I receive about 15 surveys a month

You asked why it is cold - I told you.

Google's entire business is based on obtaining personal information in exchange services and baubles like these 10p rewards. They collate the personal information and indirectly sell it to advertisers who pay for it with your money obtained by inflating their product prices.

The big picture is we pay for everything Google gives us, we also pay their huge profits and give them vast amounts of personal information for nothing.

Save us and yourself some money and don't use this app.

It's cold because the title states 'Google Opinion Rewards for pokemon go' when the app has nothing to do with Pokemon Go - nothing to do with whether the app is or isn't good.

Over the last year, I've been rewarded with over £40 for surveys, currently have over £20 balance. There hasn't been an onerous demand on my time and most surveys take seconds rather than minutes and are generous with the reward from 10 pence to 45 pence odd. Occasionally you get surveys that pay nothing but they are rare.

This is so much better than OnePoll which over the same period of time, I've only managed to accumulate about £12 and you can't withdraw the money until you have £40. Most surveys taken 10-15 minutes for a 10 p reward. Really not worth it.

I consider the Reward App, essentially free money for doing very little.
Google Rewards is an excellent app, but it has no direct link to Pokemon Go... this appears to be a trolling attempt to get some heat.
I've made £60 from this since installing, my other half who is male never gets surveys. I used a fair amount on pokemon go xD
