This hasn't been posted in a long while, so thought I'd give people an update about this great app.

I've had around £70 since I started using it a few years ago, just forbabout a minute of your time.

Answer quick surveys and earn Google Play credit with Google Opinion Rewards, an app created by the Google Surveys team.

Getting started is easy. Download the app and answer basic questions about yourself. We'll then send you surveys around once a week, although it may be more or less frequent. You'll get a notification on your phone when a short and relevant survey is ready for you, and can receive up to £0.60 in Play credit for completing it. Questions can range from, "Which logo is best?" and "Which promotion is most compelling?" to "When do you plan on traveling next?"

Been using this since 2014, in total I've made over £93 to my surprise! It's great for those app upgrades you wouldn't normally spend money on! 😁
If you spend quite a bit on Google play here's another good tip.

Change your Google wallet location to the USA by entering a hotel address, for example in a 0% tax state.

Purchasing in dollars means £50 = $50.
$50 = £36. Add on the conversation fee and you're still saving a significant amount.

I like it, but wish I could spend the money outside of the play store. Also not living in a city centre reduces the amount of surveys I get
Used it for about 4 years and got £50 out of it. Heat added

Great minds think alike I've got friends who waste time on contribution survey but pay out on them isn't anywhere near to this, my friends think this a bloat ware and then get envious when they see I didn't pay anything for Mx player pro lol
Thanks Op, had no idea about this
Google give me so much free credit I wouldn’t even need this

Yes I have used it for that before
Been using this for 2 years and made exactly £43. Fantastic for literally 10 seconds' work per survey, if that! Upgraded various apps that I wouldn't upgrade normally thanks to the free credit.
Does anyone know how to get it working again? I was without a phone waiting for my Axon 7 to arrive from China (about three weeks).

Google Rewards hasn't worked since October. It's said "App Verification Timed out" a few times, so I thought maybe resetting the gmail address linked to Google Play might do it. productforums.google.com/d/m…AAJ

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing Google's cache completely (almost like a factory reset). Still doesn't work.

Yes
The surveys are so basic and easy "which of the following 5 stores have you been to in the last week?" And many of the times it ends there even if you did go to them. Sometimes there's one other question but either way it's simple and the credit has bought music. I hate paying for music...awesome all round
I was using it for about a year until I realised that its constant monitoring of my location (via Google 'location services') in the background was draining a lot of battery. Had very few surveys since turning that off, predictably but battery life has been better.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it can be used for a Play Music subscription? I have about £30 in mine over the last year or 2 and when my 4 month trial ended for PM I think I recall being able to use my balance for subscription. So anyone who has £60 or so could avail of Play music for 6 months, if that's your bag.

Mainly use this so that I can get free Hearthstone cards as you can buy using google credit through the app. The questions take seconds and you often get more than you would expect. +

Yes in can be used for In app purchases.
Is this an Android only app ? Be good if the title or description stated the platforms it is available on
It's great, I've been earning between 3p to my personal best 14p a week since downloading it.
Over the past year I've managed to earn a massive £2.31, hopefully have enough to buy the GOT box set by the time i retire.

Probably. I use it for upgrades in certain games I play.

Since its release, I have only earned £24ish. Also I have noticed I have my country set in Australia in the app settings. Its grayed out and it doesn't allow me to change.

Google wallet? What's that then? Is thst when you join the rewards app? I downloaded it and it wants my name and addrss.
I've been doing it for a few years, I used to get all kinds of questions but now I only ever get asked where I've been, and occasionally in the last month I get asked for receipts. I feel like I've bought every app I want and can't think of anything to use the £20~ I've got left on there.
Do they ask for opinions about multi nationals paying tax?
Used this since April 2014 & made £69.62 , takes no more than 15 seconds and tend to get 1-3 questions each week for between 9p-20p , always use my credit to get discounted movies from the play store so can't complain

Yes you can no problem.
Made about 8 quid in last 6 months, only takes 20 seconds to complete survey.

Buy me a gift!
I've been using an app called OnePulse which is like this but you can withdraw money to PayPal ! I've earned £12 so far which doesn't sound like much but if you've got no life then it only takes a few seconds to answer the very short surveys.
The key with google rewards is to answer the questions truthfully as the app uses your location data so it knows exactly which shops you have visited. So when it gives you a list of shops dont just press any make sure its the one you have actually been to and if its not on the list select the none of these option they still pay you.

I was using one pulse for a while, got a fiver out of it and decided to uninstall, as the 'surveys' were very few and far between.
I haven't been sent a survey since January
