Google Opinion Survey apps

I have been using it for the past 1 year. Yes you need to answer survey and yes you do not get much from it. But it did save me a few quid in-game purchase and the survey itself is usually take 1-3 questions only.

Started using it a year ago too. Now you'll find me in the Paradise Papers.

They know what you answer and check your answers with your old answers and other data they have collected about you and if they find you lying they won't give you as many.

Also turn your location on as that will give you more surveys

I prefer theirs to be honest since it literally took me 5 seconds upon waking up from sleep sometime to answer it and completed it as well...XD..just posting since I thought it would be good to tell others who have not heard it yet.

Yeah, I've had about £30 through it in 18 months

I don't understand how other people get the surveys through so often. I get about one or two a month!

I used to be like that. For years.. but then I started help google on maps and now get about 5 surveys a week.
Take photos of places and they like you going to new places.

As someone has said, they will ask same questions to see if you are lying. if they suspect that, you will get like 6p
and less surveys.

They certainly do chuck in some "test" survey's, normally get once a month asking have I visted any of the following places recently and normally it's a list of stores that don't even have a presence in N.Ireland! As you say having location turned on certainly gets you more, I always get one of the "have you visted any of these places recently" with Starbucks and O2 Store on the list (with another couple of random stores), my local Starbucks is almost beside the O2 store, so guessing with the GPS accuracy they can't tell. Always get one after doing shopping in M&S also.
It's also called "Rewards" app now not Google Opinion Survey (name changed about 6 or so months ago)

Pretty sure it needs to be an android device - I'm over £40 in rewards.

I've had my account since March 2015. Don't get much per survey (60p max) but it mounts up and takes seconds. Do answer honestly though, they're not personal or revealing questions and it will ensure you continue receiving them. 32500120-DMSk3.jpg

This is really good. I've got about £5 in total. Trouble is, I don't know what to spend it on which is a first.

I've been using it since 2015, earned about £21 filling in the off thing, got about £13 in google play credit left just now that I use to buy the odd game or in app purchase. Typically get between 12 and 20p per survey which have rarely been longer than 4 questions.

If you happen to be in a heavy metro area turning on location services can net you more surveys if you go to a lot of big name brand stores.

For example I'll go to Sainsbury and the following day I'll get a survey. They will ask you qualifying questions like "Which of these brands are you familiar with" and they'll list a bunch like Tesco, BT, John Lewis, Sainsburys etc, then they'll ask you when were you last there, it'll be 4 dates, one of them being the last visit, this is to make sure you're not just pounding through the questions and are actually thinking about the correct visit. Then it'll say "How would you rate your visit."

I've also had ones from youtube asking me to look at a video title and thumbnail and asking me to rate how good a suggestion this would be for what I would watch. Sure enough it's there on youtube homepage next time I look.

They keep track of your answers and will sometimes send through test surveys to see if you might be suitable for other types of surveys, but if you give conflicting answers with ones you've given before you're likely to get less surveys sent since the data isn't useful if they know you're inconsistent.

I've made about £29.00 so far, I also do surveys for Google maps but not received anymoney as of yet. Any idea?

Google play sometimes send me through e-mails offering any movie rental for £1, or 3 months Google Music for 99p tha tkind of thing, all of those use GOogle play credit.

Minecraft Pocket edition is good, any of the Rockstar GTA games if your phone is up to it, or get yourself into one of those little free 2 play games and treat yourself to some of those of so hated microtransactions

Yeah I used to regularly get surveys, mainly after I'd shopped at a few places (morrisons, waitrose) then I changed phones and for a while the old phone got a rare survey (was using without sim for my kid to watch when she was forced to come shopping with me), then nothing for months. I get asked to contribute to maps instead. Prefer credit to badges.. I do have locations enabled.?

Older users as in 50+ especially female will get more surveys than males between 20-30. The rarer the demographic, the more surveys you'll get. Read this a while ago and noticed it to be true. They also repeat some questions to try and catch you out lying.

Just had a quick look and I'm up to £52.42! Was surprised it was that high.

32500627-cYz9K.jpgLol

Stopped working for me ages ago and I lost about £6 without warning. Never got anymore surveys probably because I am in the biggest demographic.

32500955-vEf1m.jpgEarn't £64.53 over a few years. Great app, it's free and use to buy games, magazine subscriptions too.

Always answer honestly as they did check believe me as lots of stories around of people being banned and losing money for lieing. Most of the time when you do answer you haven't visited on the list they still give you something like 6p just for your honesty.

Make sure your location is on this helps too.

I'm all for making money, but this is the pits lol.

I used to get a couple a week. For some reason mine stopped completely months ago. I was answering honestly as well.

Don't get out that far myself these days but every time I go shopping I get a survey asking have you visited any of these stores recently, Asda, Morrison's etc as applicable, always answered truthfully got about £13 last year so it all adds up !

I used to get lots of surveys during 2015 and 2016 and I earned around £60, however, it's been a year that I haven't received any survey so I haven't earned any G Play credit and any unused credit which was over £40 had been expired without notice.

shame you still cant buy google hardware with these credits...

18 months and about £42 for me

Useful for buying the odd app that I wouldn't otherwise want to pay for.

One thing I've noticed, unless I'm imagining it, when it asks for a rating of a site visit, ie a shop - if you give a lower rating, you get a smaller reward...

had £41 over the past couple of years, but haven't had a survey since July

they must have worked out my entire life and the places I visit alreasy

One thing to note is that the credit does expire a year after it's awarded so it's a good idea to keep an eye on your payment methods in your account section on the app as this tells you the date of the next credit deduction.

I've had nearly £50 in under 2 years. Owt for nowt. They already know where you go and your Google history so, may as well get paid for a few questions.
