Seems a cracker of a deal.

1 x Google Pixel 2 64gb in any colour.
Vodafone 24 month contract @ £23 a month + upfront payment of £135.
-£10 with voucher code DEALENVY10 - total price payable over 24 months = £677.

Possible Quidco of £35 - If it pays out total payable would be £642.

Considering the phone is £579.99 to buy outright at the moment at Currys / CPW this deal seems like a bargain.

I know 4GB data isn't much these days, it'll be enough for my usage.

Hope this helps someone out.

It's with f**kin Vodafone though.

I missed the cyber Monday / Black Friday deal but this is even cheaper just 2GB data per month less. Cheaper is cheap in my books. Do n't be put off by the £125 upfront cost.

Is this likely to be locked to voda?

Great deal I own pixel 1 and camera is outstanding. Grab this deal before it pixelates!

Not sure, even if it is Vodafone are surprisingly good at unlocking for free, provided you're a customer and use the phone. It's as simple as filling in an online form and waiting.

With O2 though, their 4G is still a bit behind on Vodafone.

He'll be basing it on pure specs. All reviews of read says this is a very efficient phone with good battery life.

So true. Poor design

Depends what you need it for. Even 3mbit connection will be enough to stream. And half a second longer page load is no issue

I recently took an iPhone X contract with Vodafone. Even though I've been a customer for 2-3 years, they insisted that I use the phone on their network for 3 months before they will unlock it. So not quite as simple as you're suggesting.

I've had loads of issues with Vodafone lately, so I've asked them if they will let me unlock the iPhone X "early" as a good will gesture. They were supposed to get back to me today but haven't.

LG V30 available in same price range for those who dont like pixel 2

4GB Data

Unlimited Mins

Unlimited Texts

£160.00 upfront cost

£23.00 per month (Vodafone) £712 total cost over 2 years

OR

if you prefer more data then O2

12GB Data/Unlimited Mins/Unlimited Texts

£90.00 upfront cost( after code)

£29.00 per month

I agree that Vodafone are quite terrible when it comes to CS. However it should be noted that Google phones all come unbranded. Whereas all iPhones, unless bought directly from Apple will lock onto the first network that you use.

I keep seeing this mentioned again and again but it's untrue.

An iPhone bought from Vodafone is specifically locked to Vodafone. My iPhone X would only activate with a Vodafone sim (I tried EE first).

An iPhone bought from Carphone Warehouse used to lock to the first network but this is no longer the case and hasn't been for a couple of years at least. They are now fully unlocked, as with the rest of their stock.

BTW unbranded and unlocked mean two different things.

Thanks for the correction. In that case, both the Pixels and iPhones should all be considered unlocked if purchased from CPW (which includes Mobiles.co.uk).

I see a code there Save £10 with code: DEALENVY10 - assume off the cashdown/upfront price
