Seems to be the cheapest price online for a new(ish) Pixel 2.

Sold as ex demo in immaculate condition with a 3 month warranty from supplier. Google might offer their own warranty too but don't quote me on that.

Link is for the white version but Kinda Blue also on the site

Official blurb on condition etc below

"Whats in the box: Google Pixel 2 Mobile + Charger

These Google Pixel 2 Mobiles are ( Cabinet Display ) Ex Demo units from a major retailer and in immaculate ( A+ Grade ) condition with no signs of use . The unit will be supplied in their original Google packaging or will have been Professionally Plain Boxed. The units carry a 3 Months Warranty for Peace of Mind."

Typical Samsung owner , cares way to much about how their phone looks …Typical Samsung owner , cares way to much about how their phone looks rather than practicality and useful features. People forget you are also paying for software . I would never go back from stock android now that I've used it. Would never pay to use Samsung's bloated software but that's just my opinion.

Couldn't agree more. I know Note 8 and S8 owners and their phones are laggy already. Team that up with slow updates and it makes for pretty carp user experience. A Note 8 owners turns to me and says I can speed it up if I disable X Y Z. But you shouldn't have to start disabling stuff to make it faster. Stock Android deffo way forward. Shame I can't afford a Pixel just yet so Nexus 6 going to have to last another year. Still going strong.

Damnnnnn those bezels 👌👌👌
A three month warranty on something that is essentially new is ridiculous.

Doesn't imply much faith in condition of the product. Therefore cold from me.
Second hand stuff should generally be at least 2/3 cost of new merchandise
Rather pay the extra money for a new phone with 2 years warranty. Seems expensive this.

Their shipping estimate button suggests £7.71 for postage to mainland UK.

It's just not a great deal when CPW have it new at £450 with an any-working-phone trade-in.

Not 100% sure but I read the £50 trade in was only available before they dropped the price.

Me either , I own this phone and don't have any problems with the way it looks , maybe we are just the kind of people that don't care about the appearance of things as long as they are practical?

Don't bank on that £50 deal. My local (Sevenoaks) CPW first denied it existed, then said it had ended when I showed them confirmation from a CPW web chat and finally said they could not handle the transaction. Better buy £500 of Curry's vouchers in Morrison's and purchase the phone that way with £62.50 of Morrisons' points as a bonus.

Makes it to look like a 5 years old phone.
It's not a 200£ phone therefore I would expect it to be innovative inside and outside at that price tag.

I'm a happy S8 owner and I paid 450 and I would never swap for pixel.

That's why it's cold obviously mate.

Totally agree Pure Android or androidOne is the way forward.
After all many of us have banking app and monthly security updates are essential.

Previous S8, S8+ and Note 8 owner. I've had two S8s, two S8+ and two Note 8s since they launched, because I kept convincing myself that they must be amazing because of the hype - and indeed they are lovely objects. Each time I was disappointed with the cameras, the biometrics, the overall performance and in the case of the Note 8, the old security updates (mine was 5 months out of date when I sold it last week and the BTU model has still not been updated).

Not knocking Samsung as a lot of people get on great with them, and their hardware is obviously very good quality. I basically offered my mint Note 8 (direct from Samsung) for a Pixel 2 though and no one came forward - so maybe those bezels are a decent trade off for the software experience, fast updates, camera and customer service.

I though that... Until yesterday, when my uncle brought the one he has over. It's a really nice phone, and looks compact the bezels aren't nearly as bad as made out. The screen may be a bit small for some, though (at 5")

This phone will never lag, like yours will in a few days/weeks/months after you bought it. The Rear Design is unique, and good in my opinion. The Software will destroy your S8's software.
