C stands for *crap.

Did you actually buy one or you just trolling? I am typing this from a Grade C Pixel 2 xl bought from Appliances Direct which was in as new condition. It was actually in a better condition than the Grade B one that I bought for my girlfriend. I have received both with original box and all original accessories included except headphones.

Has anyone switched from a S9 to a Pixel 2 XL and if so, did you have any regrets? I've been a Samsung fan-boy for a few years now but am just a little bored. Any thoughts gratefully received (and thanks OP for posting this)

8 which is close, and both had their benefits. I LOVE stock android, but the Samsung truly are beautiful phones and screens untouchable in my opinion. I just bought a HTC U11 and I love it, have a look around for one of those I paid £275 from Amazon warehouse graded acceptable and was basically new

My friend has S9 while I have the PXL2. I think both phones are great. The camera imo is great on both and can't tell much of a difference. Most experts probably will say PXL2.
£335 is a super price for a Pixel XL 2. Have some heat. Would be interested if people buy one what the condition is actually like.
I mentioned this on a different thread posted earlier today. Bit of a gamble on the condition as it seems a bit of a lottery but most have received one in good condition and the price is good!
The most important thing for me on a phone is the battery. I own a mate 10 pro and I think it's great. I had a pixel 2 xl but it was too big for me with a case on. Compared with Samsung s9 it needs to step up its game on design. Samsung phones are stunning.
I'm waiting for note 9... They say it has a stunning battery. Will see...
If I would have to choose between pixel 2 xl and Samsung I would choose Samsung.

It wouldn't be an upgrade if you switched to P2XL. If anything, you would lose some features. I would wait till the Pixel 3 it will have more features than p2xl.

Well I do not work for AD.

Grade B can be a big risk as can 'good'.

I have bought 3 grade C before.

1 was near mint Pixel 2 other than a long scuff/scratch in the middle of the display (not really visible when lit up) but boxed with accessories. Body perfect. Kept it.
1 was actually the XL model not the normal size (as in they accidentally sent me the XL but paid for the normal Pixel) and was very good with minimal signs of use. Bare handset. Kept it.
1 was pretty battered with scratches on the body and glass that were visible in use and to top it off it had the common Pixel problem of no sound output. Bare handset. Returned for refund.

Maybe that's because headphones aren't included with the Pixel
Well I took the plunge on this and the phone arrived today. For those asking re. the condition, possibly one micro-scratch to the screen if you look really hard. No other marks anywhere on the casing, etc. Came in the original box with all original accessories - at worst they've been used sparingly. Checked with Google - under warranty until January 2020. So overall, I'm very happy with my purchase - thank again @bluejmc2005 for sharing this deal.
