If selecting EE, the only option returned is "White - Out of Stock".

May have been a good deal but seems to have been posted too late or without checking.
Oops. Well that was quick. Must have only been a couple left! I got one, and checked stock was there before posting.

Got me all excited with my Pixel 3 XL alert finally returning a result
I got what I thought was the last one of these on Friday for £305, so I didn't post it. Last thing I ordered from them had to be returned because it was not unlocked though, so I'm hoping this isn't the same.

I ordered a pixel 2 XL the other week. Was in great nick, but speakers were distorting, so sent it back. Hopefully this one is better.

Are you paying by PayPal? Need to make sure it's not set to pay after delivery?
Just managed to get a black unlocked one in very good condition for £304 using the code. Cheers OP! heat added

I'll wait and see the contract offers on the Pixel 4 XL on Black Friday, if nothing tempting I'll keep this and wait for next year

Yeah PayPal balance. Can't see any settings for paying after delivery. It just says code can't be applied to my order

Good deal. I recently got a white 64gb for £320 but ended up returning as it wasn't any better than my pixel 2 where it mattered to me. Battery and camera. Nice phone, though and cheap deal
Picked up a note 9 for just slightly more than this, but this was definitely a consideration. Heat.
Despite OOS, should have refurb in title.

I didn’t say it was better, just that I found the Pixel 3 no better **for me**
as I was only looking for improvements in battery and camera

Battery was honestly about the same, not significantly better or worse - just slightly easier to top up due to wireless charging
but wasn’t worse spending an 320 quid when it still didn’t last the day for me on a single charge

Pixel 2 is great value, especially some of those deals recently with it at 99 quid
Performance is still very good, and the camera is honestly incredible for selfies (does these in night mode also, unlike almost any other phone) and regular camera, just no ultra wide and zoom.

The Pixel 2 isn't better, that wasn't what was said. The Pixel 3 didn't seem to be much better. The Pixel 3 is a better phone than the 2 but not by much. All of the Pixel range have absolute disasters for batteries though. Google really don't have any clue how to make a flagship smartphone. The Pixel 4 appears to be some kind of expensive joke.

I have a Pixel 2 and the battery life is hopeless, now the phone is 2 years old, I need to charge it 3 times a day, but that's battery wear for you. It wasn't great when I got it, but better than the S6 I had in 2015-2016. Every Pixel phone that has been released so far has a subpar screen. The Pixel 4 uses last years Samsung panel, they didn't even go with the latest chipset either. There's the pointless Soli Radar and the camera on the Pixel 4 uses the same sensor. There's flagship phones out now with better camera sensors and screens and chipsets. Google has the software machine learning/AI to squeeze every last bit of performance out of the camera, but they're already starting to get outclassed by better sensors in other phones.

As a Pixel 2 user the Pixel 4 should be my next logical upgrade but bad design choices and crippled hardware mean in 2020 I'm looking elsewhere to replace my phone.

that what i was asking how was it better for you. i currently have the samsung s7 edge but looking for a new phone as i hate the edge feature and hitting the side keys when typing. i was brought a iphone 8 last year for xmas but got it sent bk as too small as with the recent samsung s10e, that went bk to, due to small screen. ty for yr views
Having moved from Pixel 2 XL to Pixel 3 XL I can safely say that it is indeed a better phone but not by much.

You have better screen and better design (I didn't mind the notch), wireless charging, etc. But I would be perfectly happy with my Pixel 2 XL if I didn't sell it to fund the Pixel 3

The 3 XL now sits in my drawer because I'm using OnePlus 7 Pro as my daily phone, and everyday I keep thinking if I should switch back. No wireless charging and no always on display annoy me to no end with the OnePlus.

I can't find a phone with a better camera
There are phones with more versatile cameras, but quality wise I'm not able to find one

I just picked up an iPhone 11 today and it's sometimes as good but I don't think it's actually better

Think I just need to wait until next year's phones at this rate
Received the phone today and setting it up now. It's in great condition, can not see a single scratch on it! The screen is much better than my Pixel 2 I jight actually not even bother looking for deals for the Pixel 4 XL.

Thanks OP. Awesome phone for £300
