Just received an email saying £85 cashback if using topcashback . Offer ends 11am on Easter Sunday (was just £35 cashback earlier).

I got mine the last time. They were slow and when I spoke to them they gave me the impression they didn't know their A## from their elbows, but I got the money eventually after 8 weeks or so.

I got my initial trade in, in the email it said they would contact me within 24 hours if any bonus was being paid, but i did not hear anything from them, emailed them yesterday chasing the bonus £125 and had no response at all, im not a happy bunny, wouldnt of bothered trading in and taking the new handset if i wasnt going to get the extra £125

Fyi ....for anyone having trouble getting the promo £125 payout ... And there are alot of us ... I was being ignored by carphone warehouse.. they did not reply to 4 emails chasing the promotional payout ... I went to trust pilot and there are lots of people complaining about the same issue ... Wrote a negative review and within an hour carphone emailed me back to say it was paid
