Any isofix high backed booster car seat can be used with an adult seat belt only.
Using isofix at this stage (over 18kg) even if provided is optional, it is only to hold the seat in place for convenience so you don't need to strap it in when the child isn't in it and it doesn't slide over a bit when getting in and out of the car so it ends up sitting on the buckle.
