It is good value though it may be important to some that it's a very heavy seat and a second base cannot be bought separately.

Heavy is good
Heavy is reliable

If it does not work, you can hit them with it.

There are two versions both called snugride. The cheaper one isn't Isize. The other version is £30.
Yours may be the Isize one though anyone checking in store should make sure it's the Isize one and not the non Isize one they pick up.

15.58kg

Although I'm not sure if this is the weight of the whole thing (including the base) or just the car seat itself. 15.5kg seems a lot for just the seat, surely?

I believe you for anyone near that store it's good to double check which one they pick up. Wouldn't want to miss out on your bargain by picking up the wrong one.
Ridiculous lack of imagination on gracos part to call both a snugside
I got the car seat delivered yesterday. The build quality is great and looks comfortable for the baby. I haven't put my 13 day old son in it yet...

When I fit the base in the car, I see a gap between the base and the seat at the rear. Is this usual?
