Leicester St Georges Toys'r'Us are closing down and have a lot of reduced baby items. We spotted this and it seemed a crazy bargain. Didn't realise how much until I Googled it and saw it priced at £325 at kiddiecare and Asda. Reduced to £49.96 and then an extra 20% off to make it £39.96.

You also get a £10 off voucher when you spend £20 at another Toys'r'Us store. Bargain.
There are two versions of this both made from different materials and weight is significantly different. The toys r us ones are the cheaper versions and retail at between 70-100. Good deal tho.

I think you are referring to the I-size and non I-size version. This is most definitely the I-size version. The non I-size is available for £30, and this is not it.

This is the non I-size version and it's £73 I stead of £110 at Tesco direct. Non I-size

As per the description and the photos, this is the Isize version
Is there much worth going for in Leicester? Would be travelling from Peterboroigh (sadly our toys r us is not closing down) so wouldn't want a wasted trip if all the bargains are gone... Or even worse if they close before I could get there this Saturday!

They had loads of different ones so worth a look to see if your local has one for the age range you need.

I'm not talking about non i-size. I'm talking about the i-size and the two versions available. The unit weights are completely different. Cheaper version (toys r us) is 16kg. Which is heavy on its own plus with a child in. And the more expensive versions which are 7kg from argos, asda, Mothercare.

Worth giving the store a ring tomorrow morning and ask if you can reserve to pick up Saturday or if you can pay over the phone maybe? Worth a try.

I read online the 15.58kg quoted weight was including the base, and the weight without the base is 8kg. Will do some googling later.

If you definitely want the seat, i'd personally just pay the extra £30 for the deal that was posted earlier, and have it delivered. Least it's guaranteed.
Beware. I’ve got a mini. Some seats just don’t fit safely. Toys r us staff very helpful but these just ain’t safe in my car. Lots of restrictions they told me about I had no clue. Airbags, insurance probs etc. Not as simple as you would think. Get advice before buying x
My local store that was closing shifted all the baby and Lego stuff to the stores that were staying open.
