Was bored, thought I'd draw up a list of some good grade A prices, again from CEX, as they offer basically new with 2 year guarantee

All with various locks.

Done one of these a few weeks ago which went down well, and below they've dropped some of their prices again which is always a bonus, and I like to keep you lot updated

Love MS XX

This is fantastic! Thanks MS
Just to let people know, the warranties for batteries are different, if the device has a removable battery is is warranted for 30 days, if it has a non removable battery it is a year.

This applies to the battery only, everything else is the two year warranty.

I assume all the phones listed has built in batteries.

Why did they had to have this as a company name... SEX.

What are their A Grade iPads like? I’m looking at a Mini at the moment and from what I’ve seen on their A Grade classification it has to basically be a new product for them to accept it is that pretty much the case?

Think I'd be inclined to buy direct from Apple through Quidco as you'll be basically getting a brand new boxed Ipad Mini in choice of three colours for £290ish compared with CEX Grade A - I won't buy from CEX anymore after I attempted to return a Google Home Mini a couple of months ago - it was a nightmare especially with the attitude of the store staff
Recently bought a 'Grade A' iPhone XS from CEX online and it was completely mint, 100% battery health and still had 10 months Apple warranty left on it

The company was originally called Computer EXchange, they just shortened it

The P30 Pro in orange is gorgeous
Cheers for info great post
Just don't be surprised if your CEX phone stops working after a few weeks. I've returned 3-4 devices (ipad, iphone, and a galaxy s10 5g) because the seller, having sold it to CeX, reported it stolen to claim on insurance. So the network blacklists the IMEI making the device useless. In fairness though, in every occasion, CeX have refunded me with no argument whatsoever.

Yes it does happen. Happened to me twice. Not nice but thankfully sorted quickly by CEX.

I’ve bought multiple Apple iPads and iPhones off CeX for myself and family over the last decade. I find you have to take the ratings with a pinch of salt. I bought grade A iPad Pro and grade A iPhone this summer instore. Got home and realised there was screen bleed (‘spotlighting’) on the iPad and battery error message on the iPhone. Neither should even have been sold let alone be grade A. I took both back to store same day and absolutely no issues with refund. I ended up buying Grade Bs to replace (there were no Grade A left in store) and there were both immaculate with only 2-3 battery charges so brand new to hardly used without a scratch - staff couldn’t explain why they had been rated B. I highly recommend CeX but you need to be aware that you might have issues and be confident that if bought instore you trust your local staff. Alternatively order online and you have 14day statutory refund protection but as I have never had to invoke this I can’t comment on what it’s like getting CeX to honour this. I use CoconutBattery (a free software from internet) to test the battery usage on iPads and iPhones before purchase, my local CeX even let me use this instore on the devices before I purchase. Hope this helps.
CEX is amazing. Bought my iphone xs max 256gb for about £860 grade A condition, when it arrived in the post it was as if it was brand new, the accessories were in their original cellophane and not a scratch on it (spent 5 minutes in different lighting trying to find one!)

The 2 years warranty is superb too.
As said, often they will be blacklisted (3 times for me) but CEX always exchange or refund without question in my experience. Price you pay (see what I did there?) I guess!

Nokia 8.1, best of both worlds

(Better build/specs than A50, better software/support than A9)

Does anyone know if current iPhones on O2 network is locked to O2 or they are all automatically unlocked to use on all networks?

If CEX say it's locked to O2, it's locked to O2. O2 will probably unlock it anyway but I'm not sure how that process goes when the phone is second hand.
