Good find but it’s not quite back there. The C grade was £249.97 and B was £299.97 if I recall. I bought a C at £249 and it was near mint and fully boxed with all accessories.

Hence why I've posted it, grade c are usually mint, but if you haven't bought from these before people are wary, that's why we have people like you to back me up.

Yes it’s definitely a good price still, but they do fluctuate! This is on the lower side but it has been lower. I take the grade C wherever I can as I get paranoid about damaging new or near new phones!

I bought the Honor 9 Lite on a whim this morning

Amazon?
Are you able to return these if you order a grade c and it comes worse than you expected? Couldn't see anything on the site about returning outlet items.

Is that all accessories despite them saying it comes with no accessories?

Yes. Boxed with all accessories including headphone adapter but sold to me as grade C and charger only. Both phones like that.
Do they take PayPal?
Bought grade C. Apparently they tend to look good too. Let's see how it turns out.
I know it sounds like daft questions but are these phones any good and what sort of cover do we get buying graded products? Ive always bought new but im getting sick of ridiculous phone prices.

Three months warranty standard but you can pay £30 for 12 months.
Thanks Jaybuz.

So there is no usual manufacturers warranty with these?

Yeah, you get manufacturers warranty with these.
I had it confirmed when my pixel 2 xl bought from ad was replaced under warranty by Google because of a faulty speaker.
I'm tempted to get the Pixel 2 Grade C for £299..... Gutted I missed it when it was £249. What would you all do? Wait and hope it drops again or bite the bullet at £299? My Nexus 5X is getting sloooooooow.

I know their customer service is amazing so not worried if there's any faults with it because they just swap it for you no questions asked.
I ordered a grade C Pixel 2 XL for £399 and a grade C Pixel 2 for £299 and both arrived today

Pixel 2 XL in great condition. Came in a grubby box and no accessories

Pixel 2 also in great condition, but with good box and all accessories

Very happy with both but am returning the XL due to being physically too big for me
My Grade C Pixel 2 arrived yesterday. Original box, but no charger and USB to 3.5 dongle, just the USB-C to USB adapter. That's kind of fine except the phone itself has no scratches but one half an inch one across the middle of the screen. When the screen is on you can't see it but when it's off you can. I'm in two minds about this - I can accept even multiple scratches but possibly not when they are in the middle of the screen. I'm going to try and get them to swap, otherwise return.

No, google don't deal with companies like appliances direct, the live chat advisor confined it for me.
I think wherever you buy the handset, the warranty comes with it.
That is my understanding anyway.
All I know is I got mine replaced under warranty.

Now you got me properly confused :-P So second-hands from Appliances Direct are covered by Google warranty or not? Thank you.

My phone that I bought from ad was covered under the two year Google warranty.
It doesn't matter where you buy it from.
Google don't have anything to do with ad's warranty!

So i wouldn't bother taking out their extended warranty with this phone.
Once despatched, if you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, you have 14 days from the day following your delivery to let us know if you want to return your product(s) so long as they are unused. (Excludes business customers.)
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted/cancelled items to us, and for the value of the goods if they are diminished as a result of your handling whilst with you or in the return transit to us.

oops
They put a sewing needle in the box as, I assume, a replacement for the SIM widget. But how do I know it wasn't the needle that scratched the screen during transit?

Thanks for confirming! Might order one!

Black or white? Decisions? Anyone advise if the white marks badly?

I got a £25 discount for the scratch. accepted it. it's barely visible when the phone is on
My Pixel came with a busted back camera. It has to be something with the optics because the resolution in the preview is bad and 80% of time the camera app crashes. Here is a video of it: Before I turned the phone on I spotted a scratch on the screen and contacted them about it - they offered a £25 discount but now I see that the phone is in a way worse condition. Hopefully I get a full refund now. Make sure you check the cameras as well peeps!
My 'C' grade has just turned up and it's boxed as new. Not a mark on it and all the accessories packed as from factory. HOWEVER... I am yet to physically test it. I'm pleased with the packaging, lets hope the phone is just as good... I'll report back after a few hours.
Any updates George? Very tempted by a grade C myself if they are good..

I've used it all weekend at a show at NEC... To cut a long story short, it's imaculate. I wanted it for my daughter and I've ended up keeping it myself. It's battery, camera, speed, interface is much better than the S7. (In my opinion)

I just typed a story out and accidentally deleted it whilst trying to upload some photos of it. Bear with me and I'll try to figure it out...
