Looks like they realised that they listed them for way too low last time. Quite an increase from £350 to £430. Very happy with mine btw. Did you keep yours Mrswitch?

I certainly did, but am now in two minds, as I've just got a bargain huawei mate 10 pro, and don't know which to keep

Edited: I'm keeping the Pixel.

Hot, I was on the lookout for one of these deals before Easter but ended up getting a new one as couldn't find a refurb.
Awesome phone and camera, I tried a Samsing Galaxy S8+ for a while but hated the Samsung stuff. Love the stock Android experience.
Just picked up the grade C one, hope it turns up alright. Thanks for posting though, been after one for a while
Ordered a Grade B from these guys last week but their system says it's "On Hold".

Anyone had similar problem previously?

Hmm... Strange, have you been on live chat to them, they are available most of the time?

Their live chat close at 4.30pm but I'll try tomorrow. Ta!

It was £399 for a Grade B, so I'm assuming they messed up the listing or mispriced a bit

so why 5" in title?

Edited, sorry, I just copied and pasted from AD
I’ve just had one of these delivered. Came in a little white box with no cables, charger or anything and the screen has burn in. Not impressed. Especially after paying for Saturday delivery at £20.

Was it the B grade you bought?
I've just read that it said it comes in a generic box with no accessories but, at the price compared to others i've looked at it was worth the saving. But if it's B Grade with screen burn in, I'll give it a miss.
I wouldnt be impressed either, even if it was C grade for that matter. Thats the kind of thing would should be made specific in my opinion.

I read in the previous thread that they came boxed with all accessories even though the web site said it didn’t. As you say that doesn’t bother me too much but burn in does.

Yeah it was a grade B. I’m sure google would probably replace it under warranty.

Otherwise not a mark on it.

Not not sure what to do now

When I bought my grade B from appliances direct, it had a speaker issue. Spoke to Google through live chat, went through a few problem solving tips, didn't solve the problem, so I got a new (Refurbished) one the next day, sent the old one back four days later, haven't heard from them since.
Edited by: "Mrswitch" 5th May
Good price. Not heard good things about the company though. I guess it's not going to be covered by Google without original proof of purchase? Also, is screen burn classed as a warranty issue?
My grade c arrived today, in pristine condition, everything was included too. A slight blue tint but all good apart from that. Thanks for posting man
How is this only at 105 degrees??

After a search it seems you only get one month of warranty for the phone, unless google gives you their 2 year warranty when you purchase from here which I would assume not?

Really torn on this phone, and if i get a grade B with screen burn i'll flip

Edit: After a chat with customer service, any items with screen scratches/burning will say so in the item description, Grade A2(B) will only have blemishes visible from an arms length

It does come with Google two year, I had it confirmed when they swapped my faulty phone that I purchased from appliances direct for another.

Oh? I had a live chat with an operator where I was told it would not come with the warranty. Interesting

Mine was swapped out with a google refurbished handset, it had a top speaker fault whereby I couldn't hear anyone when I was on a call.

I had a talk with live chat who went through some troubleshooting with me, it didn't work, he took my imei number, informed me it was still in warranty, but it would be a refurb replacement.

I thought as it was Google then they should be good refurbs, and it was spotless when I received it.

Yep, I didn't even contact appliances, and Google didn't question where I bought it.

It was the best customer service I've ever experienced.

That was the one thing missing with mkne, but I paid £350 for it, and accessories have since set me back around £30, so all in £380, then a refurb off Google, I'm a happy bunny.

Good luck.
Shame there's no 128gb ones. Tempted to just buy the 64gb at £429 though
just got the phone today. Fantastic condition. But , and i laughed pretty loud when i saw was was with it. Nothing. No box, no leads or plug.. Nothing. Oh and it came in a huge box. dang it. Crackly Speaker. Speaking to google

Was literally just about to press the buy button. Still contemplating. I guess if Google will still support with issues then it may be worth getting.. I spoke to them to ask if they were getting any 128gb models in and they said 'not at the moment'... a little worried the 64gb will go out of stock soon at this price...

There Gonna swap it over. Annoying but suppose will have to. Don't wanna send it back as it was a very good price, £50 cheaper than anywhere else. Anyone else have speaker issues? I will say it's a beautiful phone, I actually prefer it to the Samsung s8 I had.

Thats good news, hopefully you get one thats even better condition and working. I'm going to buy one now before they sell out, I don't think they will get any 128GB ones any time soon.. what grade was yours by the way? I'm going to purchase a B...hope its good condition. Not too fussed about new accessories, a USB C cable isn't too pricey and the headphones adaptor shouldn't be too much either...I'm making a transition from iPhone so a little worried about migrating everything as I think it will be a lot of effort, especially trying to get all of my WhatsApp messages and chat history across....

It was B. Almost immaculate, bar the tiniest scratch. I have eagle eyes. Mmmh not done the crossover for almost 7 years so I assume must be easier than back in the early gens. Well worth it.

Google are gonna swap it and you're annoyed?
Is it just the inconvenience because I'd say you've had a but of a result if Google send you a replacement for free, and you haven't had to bother with appliances direct.

MrsSwitch you seem to be the all knowing when it comes to phones. Looking to get a pixel 2XL but wanted to get a 128gb ideally, do you think I should wait or just snap up this bad boy for 429?

Annoyed cos I'll be without a phone and annoyed I have to swap it in the first place. Let me think, anymore justifiable reasons?
