A lot of deals being posted around the 3a and 3a XL. This is now under £400 from a decent seller.

Was just doing my usual browse and saw this has dropped about £100 sometime recently. I bought the Pixel 3 Grade B from them the other week and I received it in near mint condition (light marks to the screen) and fully boxed. Others get a brand new looking device minus the box.

MrSwitch will probably have some updates on whether its a deal!

Apologies if a repost, nothing came up when I searched it but I didn't have time to look too closely!

EDIT: Now includes White and Not Pink colour options.

Not a repost at, all, excellent price though, appliances generally send better than described phones from my experience.

I always said I would settle on the Pixel 3 just because I hated the notch. But this has me tempted, hoping it sells out soon I think something I would appreciate is the extra bit of battery life on the XL - I do fly through the standard battery before mid evening!

You can always shade the notch out, if I were to get the 3 I'd get th xl, but the 2 xl is only £379 @ Argos brand new for the 128gb, which is the route I'd take

Fair shout. I was tempted by the 2 but honestly, taking selfies with my wife and toddler is a million times better than I imagined with the wide angle camera. But certainly, not much else between them otherwise

Ah yeah, the wide angle is a draw. You should just get this and have done with it

just for you that one!
Got my P3XL since release day and love it!Using phone with notch, and after a while I kind of miss it when using Iphone at work. If you get used to wireless charging like my then go for Pixel 3.And yes that wide angle selfie camera is bad a..s!

Just curious what kind of apps are using up all your battery?

Just curious what kind of apps are using up all your battery?

I probably have quite a few I can delete. I have most of the social media apps and use them all at some point. But its just my screen on time - so its just actual use of the phone - that requires me to need a phone with a bigger battery. I'm just a heavy user. I'm sure some people could manage with the battery on mild-moderate usage.
My "grade B" 2XL from here came in original box with all accessories and without a mark on it. 3XL at this price is well worth a punt.
+2.16% cashback via TCB!
It arrived today boxed with new accessories. Some light marks on the screen but nothing that disturbs the viewing experience. The rest of the body is unmarked. I prefer a few marks to know I don't have to protect it immensely from the start!
Just had another look and now includes all three colour options at this price.

And there is a grade A in Not Pink for £449.97.
I decided to take a chance on this rather than the Pixel 2 XL deal at the moment with Argos.

Got one of the Grade B models for £399.99, which states in the description it doesn't come with original box or accessories etc.

It arrived yesterday and is in pretty much mint condition, not even any light scratches on the screen and it has the original box and accessories, including new, unused pixel buds, charger etc. The only damage was the corners of the box were a little worn. Time will tell with the 3 month warranty but as it stands, extremely happy.

Awesome! I realised what I thought were scratches on my grade B screen were just dried marks. So wiped it properly and I'm in the same situation as you! Glad to hear someone else getting the benefits!
Hoping the 128gb comes down in price soon, still over £550! I bought the Pixel 2 XL 128gb from here as Grade B last July, hoping for the same soon!
Always a gamble I know but my experience wasn't quite as good with this - I received just the device (in fairness as the listing does say) - my phone clearly was a Grade B (at best imho) - numerous screen scratches and marks with one batch of scuffs particularly bad a about a quarter of the screen in length and the back of the device seemed to be coming away from the frame around the whole of the top . Mine is being returned sadly.

**Update - reordered and went for a Grade A White 3XL for £50 more - this one turned up pristine! Apart from a grubby box it looked unused with all adaptors/cables unused also.

Did you get the Google Pixel 3 XL? What was the condition like and do you like it?

Yep, I went for grade B. I'd rate is as nearly new. No marks on the body and there were the lightest of light marks on one area of the screen. I'm super fussy normally but they're impossible to notice!
It was fully boxed with unused accessories. Box a bit scuffed.

My phone's in the last year were and why I moved on:

iPhone 7 Plus - got bored of iOS
Huawei P20 Pro - photos too hit and miss
Samsung Note 9 - Selfie camera was bloody awful for taking photos with my toddler
Pixel 3 - almost perfect but my usage would run the battery out by 5-6pm!
Now the Pixel 3 XL - no battery issues at all. The notch is a bit meh but I use Nacho Notch and hardly see it as an issue now.

After that erratic journey I realised my priority was a solid camera and great detail in the selfies. So I should have got the Pixel 3 XL after the iPhone and saved myself the hassle

Thank you for all the information. My dads Samsung Mega has just broke and I am trying to get him a decent plus size phone. I think this might fit the bill. Can you look at XL spreadsheets on it? He is using it for work stuff (construction industry to review quotes and documents whilst on the fly.. And his eyesight at 75 is bobbins!).

Yea I use office 365 on it when needed. The Note9 may be worth a look at if he may use the Samsung Pen if the spreadsheets are big. The pixel 3xl is not far off the same size as the Note9, for a reference point! I'm personally sticking with this one for a long long time now. And I'd probably only change to a new Pixel phone as they are released.

Also, should probably expire this. It's jumped up to 429 now. At that price you may as well add the extra and get Grade A for 449 and be pretty much dead certain of pristine condition etc.
