Gran Turismo 5 is now £79.99 (£10 more online ) at gamestation, which is almost half the rec retail price (i admit it probably wasnt worth it) but at this price what you get for the extra money for the serious racer seems good value. I hope someone finds it useful!

The Gran Turismo 5 Signature Edition includes:

•Metal sculpted box finished in SLS AMG Obsidian Black
•Exclusive GT branded SLS AMG 1:43 model car
•GT leather wallet containing Signature Edition competition entry card
•Branded USB key with Polyphony/Mercedes-Benz trailer
•GT branded metal key fob
•Signature Edition coffee table book featuring the beautiful cars and locations of Gran Turismo 5
•200 page Apex drivers magazine with hints on driving technique, car tuning, future technologies and more

Gran Turismo 5 features more than 1000 licensed cars from the world's top manufacturers and more than 20 tracks with more than 70 variations, including famous world circuits, city courses, and other environments. Featuring exciting gameplay and modes to suit newcomers, automotive enthusiasts, and seasoned fans, Gran Turismo 5 raises the bar on the franchise's depth of content and unparalleled visuals including lifelike graphics that are difficult to distinguish from a live race. Further reflecting this realism, cars will feature real-time visual damage with adaptive and accurate car deformation based on point of impact and velocity. Additionally for the first time, Gran Turismo 5 will feature an extremely deep online and community feature set.

Players can progress and acquire credits through a variety of modes like Gran Turismo Career Mode, Championship Races, License Tests and more, or they can explore different tracks and circuit variations in Arcade Mode. Additionally, players can race online with up to 16 players through PlayStation Network®(PSN). Players can also participate in a robust online system, and transfer vehicles unlocked in Gran Turismo® for PSPTM into their garage in
Gran Turismo 5.

thats the problem with alot of these deals they are hardly ever in stock (or i may be just unlucky). i dont understand why people are voting cold, this is the cheapest i have ever seen it, and it is in stock. Is that not the point of this website..............its seems to be more if you like the product or not lol

The reason for the cold votes is the fact the real "value" of this edition is entry into a competition to win a real Mercedes. To have any chance of winning requires a lot of time to level up your "B spec" driver. In short, you'd have no chance of winning if you only started playing now... People have been levelling up day and night since the original release date.

yes but even if you leave the competion ofF (although a very good one) for the extra 30-40 pound you get the model car, wallet, flash drive, key fob, gt5 book, and 2 packs (11 extra cars i believe) of of dlc, so for the extra money to the fans it should be still worth it.............

out of stock now

4gb USB stick

I bought this on release no regrets for what your getting is worth the £££ additional content is pretty high quality, unlike the other special editions that are out there.

managed to get one xmas eve £79.99 instore , last one.
dont think there will be a lot left in stores.
bargain at £79.99 for what you get , btw , i wouldnt bother trying
to win the real car unless your really good

Just goes to show this was not worth the original 150 pounds just to play a game !! even with the extras .This should have been the price at retail from the start.
Not voting cold by the way

Have seen plenty of these in store and at Game too for the same price. Heat added

as with all these super duper ultra mega special with an S editions ie halo, cod, GT5. the prices do plummet after a while, they dont want hefty boxes sitting in stockrooms/ warehouses gathering dust and taking up valuable space, look at all the guitar hero/ rock band swag about now, they will be practically giving those daft keyboards away soon,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i hope :-)

am not voting because even if its the cheapest atm, it wont be for long and £79.99 is still pricey

plus the games a big pile of steaming £$%^

saw this instore @ game monday same price, quite a few in stock and im not surprised what a rip off!

Now showing as £49.98 online
possibly that price instore

Just grabbed a couple. Also been told Sutton had one left.
