New to PC gaming, so is there any difference between buying from Rockstar and Steam?

The end bit of that is untrue, rockstar generate the keys, unless cdkeys use a key generator (they don't) then the keys have been purchased from Rockstar be it direct or indirect.

Don't spout lies.

Technically rockstar already got the money.. Sellers buy the keys in bulk.

You really need to stop speaking c**p,

They aren't gamivo or g2a, if they were shady something would have happened by now.
GTA 5..... like driving through south London after midnight.

I'm saying I'm yet to see anyone complain about their products or have yet to have problems with them in over 3 years.

They take PayPal as payment so if they are as bad as you say then PayPal will refund you anyway.

What's your excuse for hating them and bad mouthing them? 3% off code didn't work?

Gamivo or G2A is a marketplace which enable user to sell illegitimate keys, totally different from CDkey which is a key reseller. and no one has ever has their key revoked from them. which is the best proof its not obtained through illegitimate means. The worst thing they do is probably buying from cheaper region

It doesn't mean they don't though does it, unless you have proof (which you don't) you are complaining to the masses who have no problem.

If they were shady every company whose keys they sell would have got the website shut down.

Over 3 years and no company has stopped them trading, Nintendo are known for going after companies who sell their items.

If you have a problem don't use it but don't put a company down when you have problems with it or contact the staff on here.

Also the £3.75 price difference you speak of is a 37.5% increase in price, which you are discussing on a deal website where nobody else has a problem with the seller.

If you are going against the masses and have been asked to prove something that goes against what years worth of customers believe then it is up to you to prove it.

Use them or don't use them but nobody around here is going to stop due to a rumour with no proof.

Your point is moot.

Unless you can give proof you are going in circles about something you cannot or will not prove.

It supports the game industry, the developers might get less money but less money is better than no money.

If cdkeys used stolen credit cards then the codes they sell would get rescinded, Sony does this all the time, nobody's codes get rescinded so either prove your allegations or come up with something new.

If they don't use stolen credit cards then how do you suppose they get the codes that they sell.

This isn't debate club, you either have proof or are making unprovable allegations against a site that has been around for quite a while and expect people to just take your word.
It's sad that guilty until proven innocent has become a thing nowadays.

....and you'll get the same response, I'd think after 10 years of whinging you would get the message.
