Great first deal. As the reviews suggest, they're clearly not worth the RRP but are a bargain at this price. Thanks OP!
Definitive tech? Never heard of them, sounds like Kurrys kouldnt persuade and reputable speaker manufacturer to allow them to put their name on them. SERIOUSLY but a brand like mission, mordaunt short, kef, warfedale etc from Richer Sounds etc

These are very well reviewed, they seem to be great for the price.

Despite only arriving in the UK in 2018, Californian audio firm Definitive Technology has been making waves Stateside since 1990. And the outfit (owned by Sound United, whose impressive brand catalogue also includes Denon, Marantz, Classe Audio and Polk Audio).

Yep, their Denon's.
anyone have a dodgy call from currys trying to sell them extended warranty on these, sounded like a complete scripted information scam so told them where they could shove it.

Also says comes with a 5 year guarantee so not sure what the guy was on about or reason for his call

Yep, their Denon's.

I don't think they are Denons but are sold with Denon and Maranzt kit and partnered with them at hi fi shows, guess because owned by same holding/parent company
Great deal. Thanks OP
Now even cheaper from Curry's eBay store using code PRESSPLAY to get them for £144.47!
